I walk as my recovery from running.. as in ginawa ko na lang din syang pahinga from extreme workout.. and na feel ko padin naman yung result same sa running and mas okay sya for mental health.. and thanks for this video po, na validate yung mga ginagawa ko sa fitness journey ko..

solid to coach. dati araw araw ako nag jojogging kaso may times na tinatamad akong mag jogging and nag ka foot injury pako. so insteat na tumatakbo ako ng 5k per day, nag lalakad ako ng 8-10k steps per day and pag kauwi ko ng bahay may energy pako mag buhat at mag indoor cycle. mas efficient siya kaysa sa mag jogging and mas mabilis mag recover.
actually, when i got burned out from writing my thesis, i just started walking pa-unti unti just to keep my mind off of things. 🥺 una around the subdivision lang and then na-expand na ko ng routes and then napansin ko na bumaba na din yung weight ko. super A+++ talaga walking for the physical and mental health 😌

I lost almost 6 kilos na hehe. Ang issues lang nya ay kapag naka-connect sya sa KS Fit app using bluetooth ay nagkakaroon ng problem connecting with other bluetooth devices (e.g. magmumusic ka from your phone and will use wireless earphones). Though I think better kung bibili ka sa mga physical stores na mismo para makita mo yung quality and features na pasok sa budget mo sir.

Sa smart watch may set for walking jogging and sit up. Aim for 10,000 steps,sabayan mo din ng light strength exercise.
tinutukoy ko is kapag nag seset ng 10k steps sa mismong home ng watch o sineset niya pa para sa 10k steps. Hehe
