    Share ko lang guys , hindi ako nagkaka abs kahit anong variety ng exercise sa tiyan wala nag work kaya naman nag pa kunsulta ako sa isang Doctor at sinabi nya na medyo thick ang ligaments sa tiyan ko at hindi masyado visible and lines ng abs ko at genetics talaga guys , so ni recommend nya sakin na mag pa surgery para maayos ang lines ng abs ko pero napagisip isip ko din na wag nalang kase wala na man magbabago, pero Hindi I big sabihin guys na ganon ang katotohanan ay Hindi kana mag eexercise ng iyong tiyan,still nag abs eexercise parin ako para challenges ang buong katawan ko. So far nag bunga lahat ng paghihirap ko , patience will pay off ✌🏾❤

    Watched an old video of yours na what to eat to lose weight and I've been following them since the end of 2021, yung mga meals ko talagang complete na may protein, veggies, and brown rice. Also in a calorie-deficit and working out 5 days a week! Thank you so much coach ang dami na nagbago, hindi lang yung mga inches lost pero pati narin yung mindset ko.
    btw lahat ng nabanggit sa vid, nakain ko na simula nung inumpisahan ko yung weightloss journey ko, buti nalang tama yung mga kinakain ko hahahaha

    coach recommend ko lang din yung DONA ELENA na canned tuna, as of now yun kasi yung may pinakamataas na protein content ng tuna na nakita ko and solid din yung lasa. mas mura din siya sa gold seas kaya budget friendly.

    Laking tulong po ng mga tips niyo. Simula last year, nagbago weight ko from 182lbs to 167lbs. Di pa rin kita abs haha kaso may progress naman kahit papano. Salamat coach!

    hopefully ma incorporate ko . i love cooking as well as eating those protein meats . though i still use oil to saute, pan sear , fried, or mixed sa fried rice and veggies .. butter lng atlernative ko when it comes to pag budget hehe .. and also frying eggs .. then pinapartner ko with kimchi then rice or bread ...
    pero syempre . important thing pa din ung mag reduce ng serving or ung enough lng for the energy needed ng katawan natin .. more power sa channel mo kuya Jacob 😍😍😍

      Just do any physical job, light or sedentary. Do some arts, crafts or any activity that requires hand movement. Btw, siguro palagi ka nakatutok sa tv o computer pag bored, mapapakain ka talaga nyan! I've been on that road before, kasi nga mas masarap manood ng TV pag may kinakain. Sa totoo lng, nakakabored kasi minsan pag wala kang kinakain habang nanonood ng tv. I hope it helps!

      I’ll answer it for you. No. Tho may malunggay siya as additional nutrient, still white bread and has high calories parin yun same as the normal pandesal. nadagdagan lang ng malunggay
