      Totally feel you. It feels like everytime doing other core exercises feel easier everytime, i fee more stable now as well. Is amazing

    such a good core workout. Finally one that is actually targeting the core instead of doing just abdominal work. Great one! I am looking forward to the rest of the mini-series. The only thing I would like say is about the first excercise: I believe that with the deadbug you stretch the opposite arm and leg (instead of the arm and leg on the same side)

    Excellent variety of movements in this workout, and thanks for hitting the back, too! The only thing I did to balance the sides was repeat alligator roll going then other way. Thanks for the good sequence

    Your videos have been an inspiration to my post-accident recovery for hip mobility and this challenged my core enough to see all my improvements (past all the sweat), BUT I kept up - so thank you!!! 🤟 it was too good I repeated it again strength-wise 🤭

    i've been working out for 3 weeks and until now i wanted those visible abs BUT in the last few days i realized that i have a week core and i can't even activate my deep core muscles. from today I'll be following your functional core workouts to strengthen my core! thank you so much julia!

      I love this! Nothing wrong with aesthetics-based goals but these can be “just” a byproduct if you focus on performance & fueling your body. Makes it a lot easier to work with your body, be proud of yourself for what you can do & build actual confidence in your abilities. 👏🏼

    Hab die Mittagspause im HO genutzt um 20 min Rad zu fahren und danach das Core Workout zu machen und hui, das war anstrengender als erwartet. Werd ich jetzt definitiv öfter machen 💪🏻

    Jemanden nen Tipp für mich: bei vielen Übungen wie z.B. die Knee-Touches schmerzen meine Handgelenke sehr. Das ärgert mich, weil dadurch viele Übungen / Übungs-Abfolgen schwer realisierbar sind. Was kann ich tun, um das zu verbessern?
    Ich habe starke Arthrose in beiden Händen (Fingergelenken), daher sind die Übungsmöglichkeiten für die Unterarme und Handgelenke begrenzt und meine Handkraft stark eingeschränkt. 😢

    I struggled with the side plank exercises because my knees, ankles, and hips aren’t aligned straight (duck feet 😭) Is there anything I can do to fix this??

      Maybe focus on alignment first before adding any other move in! 😊 Use a mirror if needed. Also, you can even modify a side plank if you use the upper leg for balance (cross over and put your foot on the floor).

      I do pay a lot of attention to exercise selection when it comes to core workouts to avoid this. 😊 But this different style of training can be taxing on the wrists at first (groundwork in general but also depends on the individual). If you find that you struggle with wrist pain in general, try one of the 2 wrist mobility routines on the channel. I use them before all my groundwork-related workouts. 🤗
