Wow! The alternating crab holds were a challenge on my “weak” side, and the plank to pike walks were an intense stressor when my body said, “No you don’t” and mind replied, “You will try!” 🤪 Danke Julia. I loved the interspersed core. Lovely music as well.

Wow, I really felt this one. Identified a few areas where I am weak in my core and lacking in flexibility. But that has given me a baseline to improve from. Looking forward to doing this one many times over and measuring the improvements.

That's so good to hear! 🥰 I actually have 2 videos on wrist mobility (search "wrist mobility julia reppel" and they should come up). They both include exercises that target the forearms (and therefore elbows) as well. However - the elbow joint is a joint that should be primarily stabilised and not necessarily mobilised. 🤗

Julia! I’m a recent subscriber of yours, and I’ve been following your work and trainings consistently. I love the work you do the presentation is phenomenal! As someone that works at a desk for 8 hours a lot of the spinal content has been kind of saving my life. Along with that I have pronated feet and knocked knees , I was curious if you might consider making some videos to help with that! Would be amazing!! ❤ thanks again for your great content! ❤❤

I noticed a lot of other rehab stretching mobility videos on UA-cam that touch on specific issues, such as “People who sit too long” “Exercises for Valgues knees” “pronated foot exercises” and things like that, but they don’t do actual follow alongs like you do. Would be amazing to see something like that with your signature format. ❤️❤️

This is so fun. I really enjoyed this. I love your music choices. I like that you show different levels so if I do start struggling I can jump down to level 1 or if I want a challenge I do enjoy level 3+. Keep up the amazing job.

Some really interesting and fun exercises, will definitely be adding them to my mobility session! I've looked into those mats you've kindly suggested but unfortunately they only come in standard sizes, and i need one that's at least 100x200cm for me...Do you know of any good mats that come in that size?
