Excellent flow and i integrated 3 of them as "pauses" in my patchworky mess of a morning Yoga/stretch/activating/HIIT routine (like making childs pose + cat +Cobra to tidal waves feels just better for me) Tom Morrison approves. (i reckon^^)

I have specific warm up routines (a whole playlist). 😇 You could still use this yes as it‘s only 10 mins. However, the mobility routines are usually more deep tissue work and in combination with stretching these could potentially decrease your performance if done before the workout. 🙏🏼
generell: wenn sich dein Training auf das Gelenk bezieht (zB Schultertraining, OK, Olympic Lifting, kipping movements aus dem CrossFit), dann Mobility immer davor ☺️ du willst ja quasi die erarbeitete Mobility nutzen! Ich würde aber max. 10-15 min. empfehlen, alles darüber hinaus kann zT die Trainingsleistung negativ beeinflussen. Ansonsten eignen sich die Routinen auch an trainingsfreien Tagen, oder als Morgen- oder Abendroutine! ☺️
