    My core is one of my weakest body parts. The other are my spindly arms. But it's the weakest points we must work on so bring it on, Julia! I am waiting. :)

    I think this one was the hardes core workout I’ve ever done 🥵
    I usually do one of your ab sessions after my handstand workout (1 x week). I’m just curious: how many times should we train core separate from our normal training. I now that in compound exercises we target our core too.
