Hip flexors are deceptively hard to train! The proprioception required to target them is very weird. That and core are my weak spots in handstands so thank you! This is a follow-along that will be very useful for me

if you‘re new to running and have access I‘d highly recommend getting a gait/running analysis done 👏🏼 this helped me so much last year
