    For someone with monsterous hip issues, with sore hip flexors being the most recent on a long list, I can see this workout coming at a VERY good time. Thank you so very much, Julia You're a real Godsend

    This is gold! Mobility is amazing but strength through movement is needed as well. Glad this was for hips as well

    This is exactally what I have been looking for! Thank you! I would love to see more hip flexor strengthening videos but they are hard to come by. This paired with your amazing mobility videos is perfect. I would love to do hip strengthening with weights or bands too 😍

    this is seriously what i was looking for. i am doing gymnastics but i couldn’t seem to be able to do glide swings twice in a row, and i figured out it is because of the core and hip flexers. this is seriously so good! my competition is coming up in less than a month, so it is such a lifesaver. i will do this everyday! thank you so so much 😭

    Julia this was absolutely top notch. You keep impressing me with each video. The moves were great and challenging. Again I love how you give modifications to make it easier or harder. My core and hips are my weak spots and I am loving all the core you have been adding as it really helps my back.

    been running for 7 weeks now and my pace has booten so much better recently BUT, I do have weak hip flexors. I know that it’s a whole chain effect, because now my arches hurt a bit. I can’t wait to strengthen my hip flexors and get faster and stronger in my stride! thank you, Julia!

      if you‘re new to running and have access I‘d highly recommend getting a gait/running analysis done 👏🏼 this helped me so much last year

    Wow! That brought the heat. Loved it. The pike to staddle exercises I experienced cramps in my quads. I need to come back to this once a week to work on my mobility and strength.

      Haha same! It helps to play around with the hand placement but then also repetition/getting used to the stimulus 😊👏🏼

    Hip flexors are deceptively hard to train! The proprioception required to target them is very weird. That and core are my weak spots in handstands so thank you! This is a follow-along that will be very useful for me
