Absolutely loved this!! Very hard, but not so hard I couldn't do it and the burn was so good! I also really loved that it was movements I wouldn't expect. So the time went so quickly because I had to work my brain a bit to make sure I was doing the right thing too. I'll definitely be back to do this again! It was the perfect workout finisher 🎉

make one eventually on calf strains? It’s very hard to find good material on rehabbing them.
