Merry Christmas! What the most wonderful present to wake up to as last night I was trying to decide what I wanted to do in the morning before opening presents with my son and then heading off to work. It’s been a week with cold and flu season so lots of kids and then on the other side moms and babies. The moves again as always you toss in some new surprises. I loved every moment of it to get my day started. Thank you so much for this treat on Christmas. ❤❤ You’re very much appreciated in my life. Mobility is so important and you make it so enjoyable.

A special gift from you this morning, Julia! I really enjoyed how it had my body moving into spaces it was unfamiliar with, even though many of the moves are fundamental ones. I think your choice of compounding created space for my senses to experience where my neuromuscular system cheats something at the edges. It felt like going into a few dusty corners of a room and spending time on a deeper level with the cobwebs. Again, thank you, and I will most likely revisit this video again later today. Supine angel rotation made me realize my shoulders are jacked up. Oh wow. I need to do this everyday. I couldn’t even get half way above my head. Thank you for this!
