- Yo yo yoooo... Here's the 30-day recap from my 30 day Carnivore Diet Challenge.
I can't believe I really did it for 30 days straight.
I'm completely shocked at the results NOT just with the weight.
It's been an experience MUCH more than just weight loss.
This is straight TRANSFORMATION.
Here's to the next 30... 60... and 365 days... changing our lifestyle together.
Love you and thank you for following along.
I thought that carnivore was a crazy cult at first too. Then I started and could stick to it WITHOUT CRAVINGS. OMG that’s never happened to me before. I’m almost 3 months in and already 30 pounds down with so many health benefits it’s ridiculous. And I’m 63!
Great job, I’m happy for you! Stick to it…it works!
Carbohydrates are addictive and I've never had a single carb craving in the past 4 months. Thanksgiving was easy. I ate turkey and a few green beans with bacon, but I wasn't the least bit tempted by any of the pies, stuffing, etc.
Just a note from me to you. I'm day 106 down 90 lbs have added 5 new holes to my belt. Good thing Christmas is soon. 😀
Oh man I wish I found your channel 30 days ago, because I STARTED NOVEMBER 1ST TOO!! We’re carnivore buddies 😂😂😂
🙌🏻 I can see the inflammation disappearing! Hallelujah!!! I had the same experience. Entering week 10 here! We got this… 😊 I love watching everyone heal. ❤ Congratulations…
so glad you're noticing. phew :)
@@ThatReyesFamilyFace is definitely slimmer. We should have done some before and after photos . Look back at old thumbnails and you can see
A huge congratulation!!! You did it!30 days challenge!!🎉
And you look great!!so much more healthy!!
I’m so happy for you!!
I feel the enthusiasm together with you!
We are becoming unstoppable!
Thanks for sharing!!
Go for the next chapter!!🥰😎
thanks so much. really appreciate you. YES on the next chapter.
30 in the rear view…. 365 on the radar!
Yesssssss bro 😎
Great work, After seeing your video, I am going to start the 30 day challenge on Jan 1st, The reason for waiting is to gradually change. My eating habits so I dont get into withdrawal symptoms from cutting coffee and carbs all at one time, so I am cutting back, planning now and changing my meals now gradually, ,just to make the start of the diet easier and then do the 30 day challenge and continue to follow your journey, keep up the good work and keep posting.
I’ve been Keto , now Keto Carnivore since 2018. Was 5 ft 7” and weighed 280 lbs at the start, lost 95 lbs and keeping it off. Reversing my T2D diabetes, kidneys improved, got off 7 of 9 meds.
I am so happy to be a part of your journey from here in Oregon, watching and cheering you on! I understand about hiding things because everyone "sees" the outer you, but it is great to see you coming out and talking about who you are in Christ. You know, sanctification is a process, a life-time process. We ARE more than conquerors, but it takes time to actually conquer all the territory the enemy took from us. Love you, brother! (FYI, your wife IS amazing!)
she really is... thanks so much and always love seeing my 'neighbor' pop in and comment :)
For me, having followed and commented each day throughout your 30 day challenge, I see in those side by side photos comparison a noticeable brightness in your eyes, as though you have a light of optimism shining through you. So don’t give up, and keep that self belief strong!! Looking forward to your vlogs with all your family taking part, just like the old days!! 👍🏻😃
Im 2 yrs into carnivore and it just keeps getting better. Im 47 but feel like I'm getting younger. Keep it up.
so good to hear jay. do you ever eat plants or have cheer meals?
Keep going strong and don't give up, even if you cheat sometimes dont judge yourself instead just go on like nothing happened that's the key to success. I've been on the diet myself and lost 40 kilogrammes and menaged to do that because whenever I slipped I just got back to the carnivore diet without looking back or judging myself.
This is the first time I've seen your channel. I don't think it was no accident you came across my feed but ty for this video and welcome to the carnivore community 🙂 I wanted to thank you for this because listening to you and the changes you talked about reminded me of exactly how I felt and experienced. I fell off the wagon recently and have been struggling but seeing this reminded me of just how much better life is being a carnivore. Keep going dnt ever look back!
Your comments about coffee made me laugh. My hubs is the same way. He can have strong coffee late at night and sleep 15 mins later 😂 BTW, the before and after is amazing 👏 You plus carnivore did that in 30 days??? Incredible!
30 days! nuts huh. surprised myself. community is so massive.
I too feel the best way to describe how Carnivore makes me feel is slightly superhuman. I haven’t run in five decades but I just have to now…so I do.
Loved this!!! Next series ideas !! 30 days trying workouts I’ve never done or a new workout everyday! Or 30 days to walking a 5k!
thanks abbi. i might have to wait til next year on the 5k... but that's the plan. 5k > 10k > half marathon > marathon.
I just watched this and I LOVE it because you perfectly capture the “feeling”-the low carb zen-that we get when starting this lifestyle. I come from a keto background but started carnivore 10 days ago and have lost little weight, but the benefits already outweigh the need for immediate gratification in seeing the number change on the scale. I have to remember that this is a process and our bodies have so, so much healing to do, and this will take time. Best of luck to you in continuing your journey!
You talking about being over weight and being a motivational speaker made me recall when I was hospitalized for diabetes years ago. They had a nutritionist come and educate me and ironically she was over weight. This was not motivating to me in any way. Luckily I had a supportive family and have been able to manage my levels.
Happy to see your progress.
word!
keep it up.... ive lost 200lbs over the last 8 yrs.. and now compete in bodybuilding. it takes time...and it takes patience... just stay on your path- you can do it
You’re killing it! 🎉
thanks ashley so much
Good luck you can do it ,I have been doing this way of eating from may 1st until now, iam never going back to the sad diet ,my belly has never been better feeling as it is now. And iam down 40 pounds with no effect, and no more diabetes, no more tongue swollen due to food allergies and stinging 3 week out of a month ,no more arthritis in hands back feet the list goes on and on ,don't cheat its not worth it I feel amazing.
Great progress. I’m on Day 21. I have a pork loin once a week other wise BBB&E. I only drink water and season with salt. I’m sure I want to continue after the 30 days. I want to keep going until I reach my goals. After that I may experiment with raw and or cultured dairy. I’ll have to see. I take a pic of my face once a week on Mondays. Your before and after face was amazing. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Welcome to the Carnivore community ! Sometimes it's helpful to wear a Continuous Glucose Monitor so you can see exactly how your body is reacting to "off plan" meals. It can be very eye opening. Best wishes ❤️🥩
This was very encouraging and inspiring. Loved the video and your story
Glad you enjoyed it!
The best thing about carnivore/ketovore or even some who do clean keto is food freedom. Food no longer controls me through cravings. No more highs and lows. I eat 2 times a day, one small lunch and dinner. No snacking, I truly believe this is the way we were suppose to eat. #1 one thing you have to do before you can lose any weight is allow your insulin level to drop, if you keep your insulin level up throughout the day by eating 3 meals a day with snacks in-between you'll never go into fat burning mode. I fit person might be able to do eat like that and maintain a good body weight but when someone is already overweight it's much harder.
You have a lot to live for .. living healthy and long is worth the effort..
I'm so happy for you. There is so much support for you online to keep going.
Thank you, I will
I love your honest genuineness. For years I've made excuses about my eating and my body. So many attempts at keto and carnivore then a decision to have a "cheat" led me back down that vortex to the pit. (For me, cheat meals only cheat me out of feeling healthy, alive, clear headed and focused.)
I had a wake up call when my eye exam showed increased pressure in my eye. I don't want to go blind and i knew the pressure was from the inflammation caused by my diet.
I prayed and asked the Lord to show me why i couldn't gain victory. He told me the enemy of my soul couldn't steal my soul but he was keeping me from the things God had for me to do. He was stealing my joy, my freedom, and i was letting him. The enemy was trying to kill me through carb and sugar addiction, and i was helping him!
It was then when i resolved that i would not help the enemy kill me. It's been 6 weeks. There is such a peace now.
I'm so thankful for the goodness of our God and all that He has given us. Carnivore has truly been a gift from Him. My inflammation is gone, hbp is gone, exhaustion is gone, and i have a renewed hope and joy. Oh, and my clothes are getting loose. 😊
You’re an amazing person who’s taking a journey that many are so afraid to take. So refreshing to hear your words. Please keep up the great work!
Welcome to the community. You deserve to feel better. We all do.
You're doing great. I started Carnivore last April and it's been life changing. I'm down almost 45 lbs and 57 from my biggest. Its help eliminating binge eating and I feel great eating this way! Love your videos
You got this! trey’s do this together. you’re crushing it elaine.
@@ThatReyesFamily thanks so are you :) I also want to do a 5k in March. I love how Carnivore really lowered my binging and just my mental hlth has improved. I really love it and I can tell you do too :)
Haha i was saying we need before and after photos ..and then you ahowed them. ❤
Just know the less you weight is the less you will lose. Today is my 45th day of Carnivore. And before I was 297lbs as of yesterday I was 275lbs so lost 22lbs in 44 days. Just so you can see your weight loss was twice as fast as me because you were heavier. But still as long as you are losing weight it's good even if it slows down. Good luck to us both.
yup. totally.
You did it🎉💪🏻😎
Congratulations and you look much healthier after only 30 days. I’ve been on the carnivore diet for 2 months now. Down 35+ pounds and feel amazing! This diet has changed so much in great ways for me too.
Awesome job!!! Keep it up!!
love you adam/anda
Love this brother!! Keep on being on fire for the Lord!
You’re journey is so inspiring … thank you for sharing with us
Thank you so much! ☺️
Have you tried going to a chiropractor for the stanosys? It takes a few weeks, but it worked for me. Even before I went carnivore. Make sure you explain exactly why you are there.
As far as the 30 day challenge goes, Huzzah! Told you, you could this.
Leg pain can be vitamin c lacking but carnivore will help you absorb it properly and yes meat does contain the amount we need? So happy for you to found this i had TMJ and was vegan for 16 years i was nearly dead, 6 months carnivore im off all meds and lost loads of weight and I'm never going back
Look up Chris Cooking Nashville. That guy is a wizard.
I started October 1st, down more than 30 pounds! Almost never hungry. Food get a little dizzy sometimes
I can eat any other protein but steak. I love steak but after one bite my body says no. But I can knock down a lb of wings or eat fish, shrimp no problem. Anyone else have this issue!
Has the channel grown a lot this last month?
Me like coffee too😅 it’s got boron we definitely need I think it’s the least of most evils because it affects people differently and my body likes it. My mother drank coffee everyday and a lot of it. She lived to 94 years old and would’ve lived longer if not for her excessive alcohol and aversion to pure water.
Let me tell you, if you end up not being able to follow the diet in the future, instead of letting yourself gain the weight back, start OMAD, eat once a day and eat whatever you want, say within one hour time frame, i lost 30 pounds like that eating absolutely anything i wanted, but i hope you can continue carnivore, for me i can only do it in short spurts like a month, i cant follow even keto for longer than that, but i do it to lose 20 more lbs now.
Have you tried doing carnivore every other day? that would be easier on your system. And on the days you eat whatever, at least don't eat high processed garbage "food".
@@Gesundheit888 Never tried it, but i might try it, it would probably be much easier to do it that way, but right now this month im on strict keto, the important thing is to know what to do after you lose the weight to not gain it. I did keto several times lost 10kg every time in a month, always gained it back, until i did OMAD, i have sustained the weightloss for two years now, but still got 15kg to go.
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
A tricky thought is too, culture has diet rules, and traditions. For people to just eat meat is horrifying. Lots of emotions there.
6th Day over here 👍🏼
Keep Going
I have been doing the carnivore diet for about a month I don't see any difference my age 71yr old I not over weight I have also stopped drinking orange juice I don't drink alcohol
More carnivore quest is about NAFLD and CKD.
