It is a good one of a kind guide for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 finally got cool results with it.

It’s been 3 yrs. since I lost 70lbs and I am still loving this short blast of a HIIT Workout! I went from 72 in the beginning of the workout to 96 by the time we ended it I was at 120 cals burned, and as I am finishing this comment I’m at 130 cals burned. That’s why I love HIIT because you continue to burn even when you’re done. Thanks Leslie, you’re one of the best in the fitness game. Love ya!

Great quick interval walk. I added 2 more 10 minute cardio and brisk walks for a total of 30 minutes! Felt so wonderful!

I have been doing these walking workouts for over three years. I am type 1 diabetic and before starting these simple workout was 220 pounds. I am now at 171 which doesn't sound like a lot but with insulin weight loss is harder than ever. She is right if you start here, you feel better. I now do these every other day and do weight training on the others. I thank her because I am no longer looking at the pump and my blood sugar is stabilizing. Thanks Leslie!! You rock!!!

This is generally my go to video along with some workouts with Joanna Soh. I've been working out to these everyday. Started out at 10 mins and then put this on loop plus a few others and have built my way up to 2 hours a day. As someone who was 113 kilos, i am now down to 108 after 5 weeks.
I'm generally an outside walker but am in mandatory isolation due to the coronavirus and may I say how much I really appreciate your work outs. I am 71 and can do them - they raise more of a sweat than my usual 5 mile walk does. Thank you so much!
Don't do it when you're down with COVID, I'd suggest! You might get your spo2 down! Great workout if you can do it when you're healthy, though!

I used some of Leslie's first set of tapes since middle school (I'm 25). I'm happy that these workouts are available online....I can't seem to lose weight by going to the gym or using any other workout vids.. ONLY Leslie's Fitness Videos! ❤️

I'm doing a repeat of the 6 week challenge. The first round help me break my plateau and I went under 140 pds. In Aug of 2016 was 172 and headed towards diabetes... my daughter introduced me to Leslie's program and have been going ever since :-)

Leslie, I can't even tell you how much your videos have changed my life and mindset. My bestie recommended your videos for me to just BEGIN to workout. Beginning is the hardest part. But your videos made it easy. And didn't make me feel like I was doing everything wrong. I actually have FUN working out with your videos. And as you say "Who doesn't have 15 min. a day" to workout? I started at 185lbs. Now I'm 173lbs and still going down. I was really stressing about what I had to do to lose this weight. Who knew all I had to do was walk. I'm so proud of myself. I've shared your videos with other friends and family.

Hey Shanasia! I'am 17 years old and a senior in high school trying to cut down some weight for a spring break trip, prom, and just to feel god about myself starting college next year! Tonight was my first night doing these workout videos! I currently am about 15 pounds overweight for my height and age and would like to try and get down to average. I was curious when you started doing these videos, how many you do in a day and a week, and if you changed your diet at all? Thanks!!

Love love love Leslies video's, so upbeat and motivating, I start out doing one video and I enjoy it so much I do another one, I feel fantastic after it. I used to have a sore arm carrying my big handbag no doubt and sore shoulders but after doing Leslies videos for a few weeks the pain had gone away. 👍🤩❤

Still one of my faves to cobble together with other shorter routines. It's so easy to follow and simple movements, but REALLY gets the blood flowing and the HR up if you push yourself. Love it!
Love the whole DVD that this walk comes from. At least 4 nights a week, I mix and match among the other 10 minute walks to create a great 40 min workout. And love seeing some of my fave walkers too!

Best segment ever done it for two weeks and eating high fatty foods still reduced upto 2 kgs and then switched to vegetables and now lost 5 kgs and the truth is I got enough sleep at all 4 weeks
