Ive bought countless courses from cody app and could never even finish their classes yet just a few classes ive done of yours I can actually understand how to hold my handstand again. I was a gymnast when I was a kid and havent been able to relax and "float" upside down since high school ^-^
Just wanted to say how much I love your classes, your heartfelt care in your teaching. I have learned so much watching and re-watching your movements, your words and almost as importantly my own while I do my own practice along with you. Also James is amazing!
