I enjoyed this session immensely, I loved the somatic aspect, the little changes of movement within the same posture (like the ones where you had to straighten up and then relax several times), I also loved the slowness for my nervous system and the variety of movements, I felt like it lasted much longer! Yet the sequence of postures was organic and easy. Once I'd sat down at the end, I still felt the need to move my pelvis, as I could feel tension in my flanks. So I paused and did the recentering with you. I also liked the micro-postures integrated between certain postures. I really like the music, although I prefer something lighter. I would have liked a little more time to do the cobra, for example, as I didn't have the time to do full breaths. I hope you'll do more like this one, it was great! I'd love to have a practice where we always lie down, for days when we have almost no energy but need slow, somatic movements. And Why not move your arms on the floor to breathe slowly and consciously… it helps me so much instead of just breathing in stillness. And I'd also love to have a hatha/yin session for the days when you can move a bit more, but always slowly and without wasting too much energy (I've got ME). Many thanks again!❤❤
