    wow. I feel so different from after other western yoga videos! I really liked how much chest opening movement there was. usually after other yoga practices my chest feels tight but this practice made me feel so open. thank you so much, I’ll be back tomorrow :)

    Thank you a lot for this practice. I have always looked for a more traditional practice since many western teacher usually focus more on weight loss or commercialise it, when yoga is so much more and has such ancient roots and meaning. I am grateful for finding your chanel, thank you for this lovely practice.

    Namaste sir What is different between Bhujangasan and adho mukhashwanas ?

      Bhujanga asana is a cobra pose, only the upper body above the navel is off the floor. Whereas, urdhva mukha svanasana is upward facing dog, your whole body above the ankles is off the floor.

    hello sir, I have a question😊 I tore meniscus on my left knee so it’s impossible to fully bent left knee..so I was thinking it’s better not to do yoga untill someday it completely healed😂 but I really really want to do yoga.. do you think I can modify this flow of yours? like doing this one without baby pose??(because that’s the pose I can’t do)

      Sometimes it's good to take rest and let the body recover.
      you can practice asana's which avoid the sudden movements of your knee and work more on pranayama and beginners series.
