      Turmeric is a wonderful seasoning to add to foods that helps to lower inflammation. It also helps the brain to stay sharp and active. If you were to supplement curcumin, which is the active ingredient in turmeric, look for one that has black pepper (which contains piperine) that will increase how well the curcumin is absorbed by the body.
      It is generally helpful for all chronic diseases including osteoporosis to lower inflammation in the body, so turmeric is a nice addition if you are so inclined ❤
