    Dear Sarah, so wonderful to pick up your videos again. My mum got diagnosed with ovarian cancer and since then I am one of her caregivers. Times have been pretty challenging…. And now it’s important to find this balance between being there for my mum and myself. Think I’m ready to figure out more balance now 🙏🌟🌷

      I am so sorry to hear about your mum's cancer! I hope she is able to recover and heal and that things will be alright ❤ I think finding the balance between caregiving and selfcare is important, but it is not easy. I remember trying to find it after my grandmother's hip fractures. I am sending love and thoughts your way❤
