Hi Aimee! I always love your recipes. I made this today and the bread came out dense. I kneaded it with a Kitchenaid for 15 minutes but rested at 5 minutes intervals so my Kitchenaid won’t overheat. Do you know why the bread I made came out dense? Thanks.
@@AimeesCooking No, the texture of the dough wasn’t light and fluffy like the video. I rested the dough for 20 minutes the first time and 30 minutes after I put the toppings on. Do you think I need to let it rest longer? It didn’t collapsed. Thanks, Aimee!
I think the dough might needed more kneading. Make sure you check the dough periodically during the kneading process and look for those things I pointed out in the video. Also, I agree you need to rest it some more before baking. One last thing, make sure the yeast is good.
😘😘😘 I know. Miss ya so much too!!! Between being a mom, working full time, and taking care of my parents, it’s so difficult to find extra time. But I won’t give up since this channel is my passion. Love sharing my recipes with everyone. Be patience with me. Love all my subscribers!!! ❤️❤️❤️🥰
@@AimeesCooking That is a lot on your plate and yes we will be patient with what your doing for your family, we understand so much on how being a mom, daughter and employee is. Was the texture of the dough like the video? Also, did you rest some before you baked? Did it collapsed at any point during baking?
