Finally I totally nailed this awesome dish. Thank you sooo much Aimee. I'm 50 years old, from Australia, and I LOVE, but have always struggled making any Asian noodle dish. I have all the gear, and no idea 🤣🤣🤣 I have a super high power gas wok burner, that roars so loud when on high, exactly like on UA-cam videos of restaurant and market stall kitchens in Asia. I have a great carbon steel wok, which I love, it always gives me that beautiful signature flavour (wok hei?, sorry can't spell it). I have a pantry and freezer full of sooo many key Asian ingredients from/for varied cuisines. But it's both technique and quality guidance that's eluded me, until now. Thank you so much, thanks to you we now have a beautiful authentic pad Thai whenever we want. We really really appreciate it. Stay safe and keep cooking. Amanda

Your pad Thai looks AMAZING, Aimee! You must live around a bunch of SE Asians to be able to get fresh pad Thai noodles and beautiful looking chives like that. So sad since I live further away from the Vietnamese grocer and the Asian grocer closest to me caters more towards Chinese. Thanks for sharing your awesome recipe!
@@AimeesCooking Oh, wow....I live closer to my Vietnamese grocer than that. I just don't like to drive outside my 2 mile radius unless absolutely necessary. LOL

Yes, Asian market. Radish is usually refrigerated. The tamarind paste is probably in the seasoning aisle. Probably best to ask the worker there.
