I went Keto at the beginning of 2020. I took 6 weeks to transition from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to clean Keto. It took 9 months to lose 30 pounds of excess weight. Then I stalled but I did not see a reason to give up. I experimented with fasting, eliminating coffee, dairy, keto sweeteners, and combinations of that and other things over the next 2 1/2 years. Still no movement from the scale but because I was feeling so good, I didn't stress about it. It wasn't until I went Carnivore that I broke through my stall and dropped the remaining 10 pounds from my original goal. And wouldn't you know, I dropped even more! I am now retaining that loss and eating only animal products.
Because every video could be a first video for someone who is trying to heal themselves, I will be posting this on every video I watch on this topic. The benefits I’ve enjoyed since adopting the Carnivore way of eating (in no particular order): Excess weight gone, improved sleep, mental clarity, able to remember why I went into another room, varicose veins disappeared, sun and stove burns don’t hurt and are gone the next day, hardly any plaque and no bleeding gums at the dentist, rosacea gone, acne gone, mood improvement, joint pain gone, cravings gone, ankle swelling gone, cracked heels gone, and I never feel “hangry”
