@@georgegoodenough823 Thank you George. Keith did pi55 me off for a bit, probably because I had already woken up feeling emotional, but doing the video really fired me up. I'm going nowhere. If nothing else, the experience has helped me work through those urges to comfort eating. I need practice with that, so Keith has helped me really. He is my new best friend! 😅🤣🤣
Here's to healthy positivity and a carb free life There's nothing better than waking up in the morning knowing you did another carb-free day.Let the negative doubters stay in their negative world .
Keith is a silly billy. I have Hashimoto's, and it's difficult to lose weight, I've lost a few kilos, but it's a struggle. From what I've learned, we heal from the inside first. Just keep doing what you're doing, fair play to you putting yourself out there.

Morning lovely, congratulations on being strong and not diving into morning sugar! And thank you for keep posting your videos, I very much appreciate that. Have you taken your readings recently? It would be nice yo see what are your ketones doing. Happy Friday and stay strong, you can do it! ❤
@@tatsianabishophudymenka7955 That's true! I stopped my readings because we were worried about my eldest son's blood sugar readings. I will switch the needle and do mine at the weekend x
I have lost 70 pounds with low-carb which I started about five years ago and then a year ago I started carnivore and I lost 10 pounds and my husband lost 70 pounds on low-carb and now he’s lost 55 more pounds with carnivore and he’s at a standstill with this also, but he is healing his body and we are older in our late 60s and we could tell each month you feel a little stronger at our age and we try to do little extra movements or weights lifting a little bit and we want to start walking on our treadmill that we got and we got one of those life pro vibrating plate to help our lymphatic system, move in our body to be healthier, and we got a little under the desk cycle and we were doing that we need to get back to it so this is a good reminder to myself to keep moving. So just keep going with carnivore eating you’re doing the right thing . I love watching Dave Matt too and all the people that heal that really encourage me and looking at all their comments. Freaking trolls! Mine told me I look old AF because of the carnivore diet. I made a video about how I think most carnivores look younger than their age and Amanda let me know I don't LOL. The fact that they take the time to stop.and comment something negative let's you know how unhappy they must be with themselves, they want us to feel shitty too. Sorry Sarah. You are one of my favorite channels because you're real, just keep being you. You do what you need to do. You have a lot of support here. Looking at these comments you are very loved and appreciated for BEING REAL. EFF Keith.
@@heather333 I was thinking this very thing! I know carnivore women who had to eat 3lb of fatty meat a day to lose weight, so don't worry, if I tweak it will be to eat more! I hate being at work and not being able to eat exactly the way I want to. Oh well. All I can do is keep going, because quitting scares me more.
@HealthyCarnivoreUK I was strict carnivore for 6 months before a hip replacement last September. I lost about 35lbs in the first 3 months then nothing since but suddenly I seem to be changing shape a few people have commented that I have lost more weight but its not showing on the scales yet. I havent done anything different so maybe you are doing it the other way round. I am thinking that I am not eating enough as mentioned on a comment above, think I'll try increasing it although I find it difficult which could be to do with age (62) I think I would have been like you when younger, could eat lots 😕 I am also similar to you in respect of wanting carbs when im upset but I have noticed I can easily control that now. Things change all the time, keep going, itbis going to happen !! X
@@HealthyCarnivoreUK so glad you said this as I've been wanting to say it to you for ages. I'm in Kelly's coaching groups and what helped me was following that from her. I added a 3rd, smaller meal and it started to shift. I have Hashimoto's and have lost 31lbs so far. It has slowed right down now but that is normal, roughly 1lb a week. The other thing is are you taking Iodine? I remember seeing a bottle on your kitchen worktop but can't remember if you said you were taking it still? This could also be the problem. As your Mum had thyroid issues, you could well be predisposed to them too. Iodine could also be causing you to not lose weight, if you are taking it. Definitely no fasting, especially at our age, as women, going through menopause. I did it for 3.5 years and it took me best part of a year to reverse out of it and get my metabolism going again. Along with Carnivore and making sure eating enough as I was undereating, even though I was eating only when hungry. That has been a big learning curve for me, Kelly's way works. Eat!! Yes, you can get insulin checked via Medichecks.
@@clairegrant4505 This is a really useful comment thank you. I am considering trying to eat even more. Not that I have been depriving myself. I will never do that. I don't take iodine religiously. Its very on and off and I don't take much. Strangely enough, I've been connecting back up with the crew at Zeroing in on health FB group and they are not impressed with the whole Liz Bright / Iodine thing.
The body is healing itself, so give it time when your body is healed, and then the weight goes bye-bye, so keep it up you will see the changes after a few more months also increase the fat intake as I found out it help you burn more fat that eating it one to one with protein
Oh dear. Keith is 100% jealous of those who have the drive and determination to do hard things. It took me 8 months to lose a single pound!! Thank the Lord above that I found non scale victory after long term victory 🎉 six years ago I was supposed to have my eighth knee surgery. Because I changed my way of eating, I still have not had to have surgery. I’ll choose that over weight loss every day of the week! You will be successful to your dying day because you are truly learning the lessons of fueling your body the right way. YOU GO, GIRL. You are beautiful inside and out ❤
I listen to you because you are real and tell it like it is, warts and all. I’ve switched off from the ones I can’t relate to because they don’t tell you about the harsh reality.
