Hi Sarah, I'm having a great weekend and just got a fantastic testimony from my latest baby carnivore. "I'm 3.5 weeks in and been full carnivore for the last 5 days. I've not took inflammatory meds for over 2 weeks. Knee pain much more manageable and they told me I need a knee replacement haha! I'm welling up as I type this. Tears of joy. I'm doing my 3rd Dave Mac later which will include the International Carnivore Family. Be prepared for a shout-out. 🙂

Hi Sarah, when I watched the last series of Clarkson’s Farm it was clear that he was carrying a lot of visceral fat and did not look well in his complexion. Lets hope he gives up smoking and drinking yet keeps eating red meat x

Hi Sarah, I started putting bits of butter on my bacon while it’s still hot, also on steaks too as had problems with sinus congestion before carnivore way of eating, no congestion anymore 🎉🙏❤️🥰

Hi Sarah! You know what I do, I wake up just after 4 am (I am in bed at 9pm), and I go for a walk around 5 am with slices of frozen butter, and I eat it on my walk, maybe 50 gm. Planning to switch to tallow thought as butter started inflame me a bit as I eat too much. But what I am trying to say any fat in the morning will do well for you, for your hormones and certainly for your thyroid!

Fingers crossed that you have figured out what is slowing down the weight loss. It seems to make sense that it would have something to do with the thyroid. I have a feeling that eating butter is going to kickstart fat burning. Have you thought of doing a fat fast? ❤

I have considered a fat fast but I'm trying to avoid deliberate tweaking.
Let's see if my body accepts butter OK. ❤

Give it a try, it's steak tartare, put it on a wooden cutting board and salt it up and eat the ground beef fresh and cold. It's easily digestible. Enjoy!

I can tell you him having to get stents is because he smoked, i have two friends young had to get stents dont eat red meat but smoke 40 cigs a day, the drs told my friends it was smoking caused it, also im not carnivore as you know because i dont like fat but remember that famous tennis girl who was on strictly, her husband was dying with bowel and liver cancer, i remember reading an interview with her and she said the consultant told her to give her husband prorein only to see if there was any hope it would shrink the tumours, it kinda blows it out of the water that too much protein is bad xx❤

If you haven’t already, I recommend you watch Dr Brownstein who is so knowledgeable on iodine. He has been interviewed by Dr Berry, Judy Cho and Rina at 5 minute body. I currently take 25mg of iodine per day and slowly upping it to at least 50mg.

ohhhh yeah i agree with that. usa. i get super in touch and primal eating a few oven baked (from raw not smoked) turkey legs. so yummy. chicken legs not as much, the turkey legs are a bit tougher. i can just ripping apart and chewing, kind of food the way it should be. not so much we are drugged and seduced by the carefully synthesized drug like flavor profiling all saturated with msg. just the natural pleasure from eating because we are made to eat like that in that kinetic way, chew and eat until satisfied then stop. just very grounding and naturalizing.
food manufacturers will make us loose our jaws and all our facial muscles atrophy and totally change feeding us soylent (or Lord forbid, fed "directly intravenously informed by electronic receptors" all over us so "we each only get exactly what we need".
