It seems we are each so different. And how much we eat depends on how our day goes and how we handled food as a child and now and the amount of stress we’re going through and so I totally understand. We just need to keep moving forward on carnivore and like people say, heal our bodies and it’s healing our minds and healing our hearts And do our best to keep growing as a person. Keep going you’re doing so good!👏👏👏💪🥩🥓🥚🧈🙏💖💖💖🎉🎊🎈
Keep moving forward! I’m proud of you! You Are still doing carnivore that’s what counts you are healing and eating the healthiest way possible! Woohoo!!!🎊🥳 🎉 💖💖💖💖💖
Just want to show my support for you. It must be very frustrating that you’re not loosing weight and I sympathise. It’s good that you have experienced health benefits though. I enjoying hearing about your progress, how you keep going despite what life is throwing at you. That is an inspiration to me. Quite agree that weighing each day isn’t productive, it just messed with my mind, I only do it once a week. Well done for sticking to lion for 8 days, I’m not able to commit to that long term yet but maybe I will do the occasional day. Hugs x
I like you being so vulnerable, you can go back to lion any day, today or tomorrow, no need to bit yourself up. Having said tha6i am even worse with my one year long struggle with dairy addiction. Look how far you come! Cheer up darling! ❤
It is really frustrating to see some amazing benefits but people will not take you seriously because you didn't lose weight. With keto I put bipolar disorder, 'idiopathic' hypoglycemia and chronic nerve pain into remission, I also improved my eyesight to the point my optician swore at me (then apologized). I also got off 8 medications. But I don't get to have an opinion on diet because I didn't lose any weight on keto (although I did stop putting weight on). It's infuriating, so no need to apologize, at least some of us understand. You are doing good and helping people, you are doing that by being honest. When we see only the good days and the miracle weight loss etc, that can be disheartening for those of us who don't experience that. It's really helpful to know there are others out there just like us and that it's ok to be patient, you are setting an example. Being so vulnerable on camera takes a huge amount of courage but it's what the world needs more of, not just fake perfection.
We are all very different. I never did experience a no appetite phase either. I've been gaining. I yo-yo dieted for 35 years, so my body doesn't trust me either. I'm just staying carnivore. It's all the other healing that helps me do that, and I hope my body will figure out the weight.
I am turning 50 in January and i know that nearly 5 decades of abusing my body with toxins, sugar and processed crap full of chemicals, I can't expect my jody to just catch up and heal immediately,it will take time❤....we need to give our bodies grace....
Sarah, no need to think that people are losing faith because of the weight loss thing. We are with you to support you on your journey because we are your Carnivore Family. To put weight loss into perspective it's a question of be careful what you wish for. Between 2021 and September 2022 I could only watch as my beloved wife lainy dropped 5 stone and went from size 16 to size 6/8. This ended with a cancer diagnosis. A particularly aggressive form known as Paget's nipple disease. She looks in the mirror now and feels she no longer knows herself. She would love to have her curves back but that is not possible. 😢. Your talk of appetite really struck a chord with me. Since my body healed at the 2 year 6 month point I now have the energy and flexibility to walk 3.5 miles a day. The knock on effect of this is a massive appetite increase. My 18oz of raw steak daily no longer is enough. I'm having to fill up on chicken thighs, sausages, eggs, salami, chorizo, smoked mackerel and pork rinds. As of next week I'm going to add back in 25% Aldi ground beef which lainy air fries for me. I'm afraid to say that I am a daily scale addict. The increase in fat and exercise has seen my weight drop to 88.2 kg from 94kg in the summer. It's all about the healthy fats. I'm praying for the Miracle of Carnivore 🙏 to happen for you. 🥩😮
You really are helping others so please don’t feel down. It’s very impressive that after having had a bad day, you ‘cheated’ on carnivore foods rather than eating crap which you would have done in the past. That’s a huge win xx
I have the greatest challenges when I'm sick or feeling super stressed (hello election day). Last night I was craving going out for Chinese food or anything that was fun and different. I just ate my daily eggs and bacon and ate until I'm stuffed before heading to the grocery store.
All our bodies are experiencing food trauma via human pollution/agri-toxins and plant toxins. You only have to listen to Sally K Norton to understand this. Clearing all the toxins will be slow. Slow is good. Slow is healthy. Slow is clearing. Get rid of the scales if they upset you. You're doing great 👍 🎉
My sister, me, my son and her son started carnivore within a few days. The boys (25 & 30) have lost over 50 pounds. She and I (52 & 50) have collectively lost 32 pounds. Combined, that's amazing.
You’re not broken you need to eat and this is your body knowing what to do. I don’t know your history but if you have had any eating disorders then this is quite normal. Even if you haven’t had any eating disorders this is still normal as clearly your body is healing something so it needs the food! Well done for staying the course 🥳🥩✨💖
Your body like hundreds of others is still in the healing process, Tell them haters to Flick off girl, you are dong well. I too am still healing and it seems to be taking forever but we are sticking to this Proper Human Eating.
I'm sorry you're not attaining your goals. What about looking at your current journey as research? You're learning so much from your unique journey.I remember you saying that one of your goals for this channel is to provide a different perspective to offer hope for those who don't seem to follow the "norm" for carnivore. I think you're doing brilliantly on that front. ❤🥩
