Don’t lose heart! You’ve inspired me to post my first carnivore diet video today! You know you’re doing the right thing so just trust the process and if your son loses weight cheer extra for him ! The last thing you want to do is let envy rob you of your ability to be happy for those who make progress as well. Keep hold of how much better you feel as well besides the weight loss. Also the fact that you’ve been so disciplined in spite of not losing much says a lot about your character! Keep it up. We’re rooting for you 🤙
Hi Sarah, have you seen BJ post on FB page - "If you haven't been ZC/Carnivore FULLY and continually for at least 2 YEARS…then your body (including your brain) is STILL ADAPTING and adjusting.", yeye opening and worth reading. And it explains why I, being on and off for two years, am still struggling with many issues - joints pain, sleeping problems and low cortisol. As you do, I am getting upset reading and hearing people saying that they have no body pains, and they sleep like a rock. I think I understand why I am not progressing, but its really hard for me to get some things go and commit fully and be strict . So really, its on upon us, no excuses. I am contemplating to go two years strict from the new year. Can do it now as I have two meals lined up already, I must attend (work and family events). As soon as its over I am 100 % meat salt and water, no dairy and no tea. I applaud you being so determent and strict for almost 100 days now! x
@@tatsianabishophudymenka7955 Thank you. Yes, I have seen some of BJ'S posts before on how long Adaptation can take. She took a very long time from memory. I will do a video on this tomorrow. ❤
We were visiting a diabetic friend in the hospital after he'd had a stroke. We were there when his food tray came and I was shocked to see apple crumb pie. When I asked if it was the right tray the girl assured me that it was a diabetic tray because there was no ice cream on the apple crunch pie. They consider it to be "low carb" if the side dishes are less than 40 grams of sugar...PER SIDE ITEM. That's ridiculous. That's from nutritional dietitian in the hospital. That could be 150 grams carbs for a meal.
I enjoy red meat it’s always made me feel good, though I would like to make Rickmoparcharger’s chicken fried in tallow! I feel better every month! Way to keep going!!!👏👏👏💪🥩🥓🥚🙏✝️💖💖💖💖 Have a good day too!!!
I look just like that, but women do carry their weight there, but my shoulder are thinner and my bust three sizes smaller, and hips three inches smaller.
I cheated yesterday 😮😢 I had a dahl (chickpea and lental). It was lovely, but I couldnt sleep last night and woke up with joint pain a stuffy nose, gritty eyes and gas! Dont feel alone. We all have down days ❤😂
I looked the same. I have NO idea why some people lose fat quickly and some don't, but I never dieted before going keto/carnivore. I think it may be something to do with yoyo dieting and calorie restricting. Your body may take longer to trust that you're not going to do something silly and start starving yourself. Bella, from Steak&Butter Girl ate 5 meals a day and sticks of butter for the first few months - and look at her now (envy). 😂
Be who you seek to be: one moment, one breath, one step at a time.
Best wishes in every step of your personal journey.

In one of Dr. Chaffee's vids he says he doesn't drink coffee. He warms water and adds butter to it. That is what he has in the morning and afternoon.
@@eeg0415 I am thinking of doing that with my butter.
Just keep going mate i wasn't losing a lot of weight in the beginning but definitely seen my body change👍

I'll shut up now ❤😂😂😂
you can put butter in your plain water
Regarding Mr Clarkson, its his doctors who have told him to stop eating meat. I think he's sad about it.
@@heather333 Yes, it's the doctors. I hope he does research and it leads him in the right direction.
What electrolytes do you use?
I use Keto Chow electrolytes drops and LMNT for a change
I use Euvexia when I've got it and nutricost when I don't.
