If we refrigerator it overnight and the party is 1p.m. what do we do ?

It will take atleast 6 hours to set the cheesecake in refrigerator , after that you can eat that .
It takes total of 8 to 9 hours to make cake completely so plan accordingly

@@foodbreaker What I mean to say is if I keep it at 10p.m. overnight to keep to set in the refrigerator by 6 a.m.it is set. Do I remove it at 6 a.m. the next morning or keep in the refrigerator till I serve at 1.p.m. for lunch. I am a beginner how do I go about please.
