For anyone thinking of making this, I would personally add a bit more sugar than the recipe states if you’re going for the classic cheesecake flavor. I followed the directions down to the gram and it tasted great, but it was more like a pumpkin-flavored cream cheese spread than a cheesecake. Went amazing on a bagel though!
I didn’t watch it all and just put all the ingredients together. Came out ok 🤣 but it was so tasty and better than waiting for the oven or last minuet. Can let it sit and that’s it! Thanks!
Maybe I missed it but during the whole presentation never once did I see how much of anything was mixed together. No one scoop of this or ounces of that. Seems like a great receipe but no measurements for anything.

I like making these no bakes cheesecakes in individual glass wine glasses, canning jars, sundae dishes. I just throw them together. So yummy.
