I do the recipe for queso Fresco and after I let it drain completely, I placed it in my food processor, salt it and processed it until it was smooth...well...as smooth as Queso can get. Then I added heavy cream one tablespoon at a time as it was processing until it was very smooth like Philly Cream Cheese but not thin. We prefer it to be thick and have a solid consistency. I am curious as to how the recipe in the video above turns out when left in the fridge overnight.

Cream cheese homemade Siapkan panci/teflon add 1 liter/4cups susu full cream, boil it on medium flame. To avoid scorching and sticking, stir the milk continuously. When it start to boil, add the lemon juice 2.5 tbsp / 38ml. Stir the milk very gently, do not stir it vigorously. Boil until milk protein coagulates and leave a pale yellow green whey. Drain the whey let it cool completely. Transfer it to blender, blend until smooth , it will be creamy and smooth like this , salt to taste & unsalted butter 30g blend more. I do the recipe for queso Fresco and after I let it drain completely, I placed it in my food processor, salt it and processed it until it was smooth...well...as smooth as Queso can get. Then I added heavy cream one tablespoon at a time as it was processing until it was very smooth like Philly Cream Cheese but not thin. We prefer it to be thick and have a solid consistency. I am curious as to how the recipe in the video above turns out when left in the fridge overnight.

Siapkan panci/teflon add 1 liter/4cups susu full cream, boil it on medium flame.
To avoid scorching and sticking, stir the milk continuously.
When it start to boil, add the lemon juice 2.5 tbsp / 38ml.
Stir the milk very gently, do not stir it vigorously. Boil until milk protein coagulates and leave a pale yellow green whey. Drain the whey let it cool completely. Transfer it to blender, blend until smooth , it will be creamy and smooth like this , salt to taste & unsalted butter 30g blend more.

The descent of the New Jerusalem from heaven is the coming of the words of God that will live with man, that will guide every action of man, and all of his whole will-inner thoughts.
