I'm from the Philippines. I've been a vegetarian since birth. This has been extremely educational for me. You've inspired me to make more healthy choices by choosing to make my own cheeses at home instead of buying processed cheeses from the market. This way, I know exactly what goes into my food. It's a bit time consuming so it's good to make it on the weekends and in bigger batches so I can consume more. I realized a good natural preservative is salt. Celtic salt is a healthy alternative to regular table salt. It makes things more expensive, but at least I know it's good cheese, homemade and healthier than store bought cheeses. Thanks.
Mere do bacche hain unhain cheese bahot pasand hain maine aapki yeh recipe try ki or itne sunder result mile ,maaine pizza main yeh cheeze use kiya woh itna tasty bana , thankyou for this wonderful recipe, god bless you
I made the processed cheese yesterday. It came out perfect. Both of my children are very happy and astonished too. They said it's just like Amul cheese we buy. Thanks a lot for the wonderful recipe. Love from West Bengal, India ❤ BTW I will try the other ones also and then give another comment. Thank you once again 😊
Hi from Thailand, i just came across your wonderful channel making cheese. Here the cheese is very sweet and the imported cheese is expensive so I'm retired from the UK so i have time on my hand and try new skills. I love your ideas, well crafted and straightforward to understand, and it is easy to make the end result the different types of cheese. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏 😊
All of the times I have been out of cheese, I could have made my very own homemade cheeses! Words cannot thank you enough for these videos, I am so thankful and grateful for you!!! Sending hugs your way!!!
Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback! I'm thrilled to hear that my cheese-making videos have been helpful to you, and that you're inspired to try making your own homemade cheeses. It's always rewarding to hear that my content is making a positive impact on people's lives. If you do end up trying out any of my cheese-making recipes, I would love to hear how they turn out for you! Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns, and happy cheesemaking! Sending virtual hugs back your way!😊❤️
If you put the curds into a tofu press you can make paneer which is an awesome meat substitute, I'm not even a vegetarian but I eat paneer all the time because it just tastes better than meat (after seasoning at least). Plus it's just 3$ a block, you can even recycle spoiled milk by doing this, I just used month old spoiled milk and it made regular paneer. I make sure to boil it longer though if I use spoiled, I don't think you really have to boil it for longer than usual but just in case
❤thank you ! I have watched several of your videos. I love them all so far. I’m in California USA. I have been doing a lot of Indian cooking. I’m doing Ayurveda it has made me realize just how much we Americans do not take care of ourselves. We eat terribly bad. To put it bluntly most of us are dumb. 😂 I have learned a lot. And, I don’t want to stop. Just by making my first few dishes. I couldn’t believe how I felt. I actually felt alive my husband said he was on fire at work.(meaning he had a ton of energy.) myself as well. There’s so much to it. I made kitcheri 3 different chutneys to eat with it. They were for each Dosha. And omgoodness everything was so delicious. Next I’m learning yogurt and the cheeses oh and ghee. Your videos are perfect. You show all the steps and explain everything. So thank you very much. Have a wonderful day
Ayurveda is no more a credible medical system than bloodletting. Indians at a comparable wealth level and lifestyle aren't any healthier than Americans. Infact, because medical facilities and medical education are not nearly as accessible and pervasive in India, "Ayurveda" and other quackery of the sort are able to kill or debilitate far more people than crystal healing, naturopathy bullshit will be able to kill in America. India has one of the highest rates of cardiovascular diseases in the world precisely because food quality and availability is poor and a good chunk of the population deliberately hamstring themselves and their children because of toxic vegetarianism (thanks a lot, Brahminism and Ayurveda). Do yourself a favour and don't plunge into anti-scientific bullshit. And if you must insist on driving yourself off the cliff, at the very least, don't do what the "shuddha shakahari" numbskulls in India do and drag your kids into this craziness. You shouldn't be willfully making choices that will hamper your kids' health and wellbeing, just because you fell behind in science education.
Watching from Belgium. Thank you for these recipes. No way I'm buying in supermarkets anymore. Got someone organic raw cowmilk, so gonna give it a try❤

Can we skip emulsifier for processed cheese? Will it affect it's longevity? And Pls also share whether using it in final recipes shall serve equally good? It's okay if it doesn't look that smooth by not adding emulsifier as long as gives same result on sandwich and pizza
@@wackyvideos2934 Thank you so much for your kind response. It was from health point of view that i wanted to avoid using emulsifier and hence the question. Thanks!
I have a question...can we add directly vinegat or lemon juice in milk...y shoul it important to ass 1cup buttermilk,..as buttermilk is also formed when we add vinegar in milk....p.s I m asking about cream cheese recipe

Hi, I tried the Processed cheese recipe. I did exactly shown in the video, but I took 1liter milk instead of 2. Now my cheese is semi sollid. Its texture and taste is excatly like Amul cheese spread. Can I still consume it? How long can it last in the fridge?
I'm watching from Ohio (USA). HELLO! 👋🏽 And then you for sharing this video. Am very interested in making my own homemade cheese for the first time and am very happy I ran across your channel🙏🏽
Hello Maria, I'm glad you enjoy the cheese tutorials! If you don't have citric acid, it's not recommended to skip it. Citric acid is must for making sodium citrate solution which is essential for the processed cheese-making process. If you skip it, you may not achieve the desired texture as shown in the video. It's best to follow the instructions carefully to get the best results. Happy cheese-making! 😊
I had a question that while you dry something by using the sun light ,after noon when the sun sets where you keep the drying tray until the sun rises. Means after one day of full drying where you store the med-wayed dried tomato when there is no sun
Je viens de réaliser votre recette elle est réussie c'est trop bon je tiens vraiment à vous remercier je suis agréablement surprise bravo à vous et merci beaucoup

No, the emulsifier also helps the cheese melt and stretch better

@@shaktividhyarthi9807health, citric acid is not an unhealthy product and natural. It's not chemicals or something like that
One can add arrowroot or tapioca instead as an emulsifier...:)

Instead of fresh chanch..what to use in cream cheese
What can I use in place of the buttermilk for the cream cheese
For recipes that calls for butter milk a substitute is ~ milk and add lemon juice or vinegar and let it sit awhile. It will thicken up. Good luck 😊😊.
