  • Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly relieve arthritic shoulder pain at home.
Osteoarthritis (or wear and tear arthritis) of the shoulder tends to cause pain by creating muscle tightness, joint stiffness, and shoulder weakness over time.
This video will help address each of these with different exercises, helping to improve pain free range of motion and strengthen the shoulder (and rotator cuff) for long-lasting relief.
To get the best results, make sure to go through all parts and exercises and use what works best for you.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home, require no special equipment, and may give quick shoulder pain relief... even in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Watch now and get rid of shoulder arthritis pain at home!

@@DrRowe It really has! I've entire neck fused, both knee surgeries, open heart/mechanical valve, 2 feet of intestines removed, and half a dozen hernia surgeries. Arthritis in hips and shoulders as well as lower back pain has been a constant battle for years - until I found your videos about a year ago. I've seen marked improvement in all these areas, as well as ribs displacement. Can't say how many physical therapist, chiropractors, and massage therapist I've seen that could not provide substantial benefits like your content has

@@julesknight1511 could you please link the rib replacement video so I can try it. I did find a gonstead chiropractor that has been able to do something and give me relief but unfortunately I'm having issues with my insurance company not wanting to pay her. It just really sucks when you actually find someone that helps you when no one else has been able to and now I can't go to her unless they get my insurance figured out.
I just know I'm so tired of being in pain and my pain meds are not even helping some of the pain I have and it just gets very discouraging and reg Dr's don't ever want to listen to the patient and your lucky of they spend 5 mins in the room with you.
      Its just getting very old.

I can't believe the difference in my sacroiliac joint after doing the exercise two times in 2 days. Thank you so much for that. Yesterday I was able to walk all afternoon without burning pain in my muscle around my left knee, for the first time in 2 years. I am starting the strengthening exercises tomorrow. The left one still hasn't popped but the right one has. And my right foot is no longer pointing slightly outwards when I walk. There is an issue with my lower vertebrae, I think the 4th and 5th lumbar, (I was born with spina bifida occulta in the 5th) and with the sacroiliac joints in place, maybe they will be easier to get back in place as I have been able to do in the past.

Please show further exercises to move the arm back from the shoulder behind. I cannot move my right arm behind my back to fasten buttons or zips.. I cannot lift and swivel my right arm over my head and all the way around behind me as I can my left arm. I am a dancer, and I need to move my arms behind me.
Also, the shoulder pain extends into the neck. Are there any exercises to relieve this ? Thanks.

Thanks for your advice, Dr. Rowe. I was wondering, do these same techniques help with bone-on-bone shoulder pain? I'm just trying to avoid surgery.

Can the first exercise be done standing next to the wall? For people with knee issues, the kneeling, even on a soft towel, may be problematical.

    Hello Doctor
3 years ago, I was going to the gym, and on one occasion I lifted weights, which led to a rupture of the shoulder muscle. This is how the doctor told me, and after a period of reviews with him, he told me that I should take an injection in my shoulder, so I did not take it, and I remained in this condition until the present time, but what is new in the matter It is the return of pain when I do the simplest things now, what do you think please

I have limited motion in both shoulders. Right has been replaced(stiil experience pain) but I also have lymphadema in that shoulder. Need replacement in left but afraid I'll develop lymphadema in left arm as well. I can't do these exercises cause the arthritis pain is so bad.

I’m probably too far gone….I’m 81 and have problems with range of motion bilaterally. My pain is not in the actual shoulder, but in both upper arms(mid humerus).

I did this in physical therapy but I was standing. What’s the point of being on a knee?

    • @DrRowe
      @DrRowe  Рік тому +3

Because I'm too tall and my hand would hit things on the wall, as would others. And, it's nice to get some hip flexor activation too. 🙂
