    I had a herniated disk in my neck and pain down my right arm for a whole month. Hard to sleep even. It was horrible. I was so desperate, tried everything to prevent surgery. The thing that finally made the pain go away was fasting for two days. So I definitely recommend people try that as well. 💜💜💜

      @drjonsaunders  14 днів тому +3

      Good advice, as fasting can help reduce inflammation. Best wishes.

    Hi! I’d seen your previous pinched nerve video many weeks ago & these same nerve floss techniques were like a miracle that day & to this day it helps me out a lot!
    I’ve shared it with so many people because it genuinely works like a charm! Thank you so much for this 😄 Really grateful!

    Hi Dr Jon, in your previous version of this video, you included a lordosis stretch/traction. Is there any reason to remove it?
    I might add that I've gotten enormous relief from following those techniques. I start with the nerve flosses, then your 4-minute forward head posture routine and finish with your perfect posture exercises (14 day challenge). I have C5 & C8 minor nerve impingement and major C7. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your education and help.

    Awesome video.. Thank you.... I get pins and needles occasionally on my right finger next to my index finger... I had it really bad last year but was told that my right shoulder blade was kicking out.. Think she called it "chicken wing"... So now I have to consciously pull my shoulders back and down and neck back... It helps but I still get pins and needles on that same finger every now and then... But thank you for this video.... These excersizers are what I will do

    Hey Doc, is it normal to feel clicks throughout our neck and upper back as we're doing this flossing? What is that exactly? And just FYI, I do have cervical osteoarthritis that is causing me muscle tension and headaches.

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  10 днів тому +1

      Yes it is normal, especially if you have OA in your neck - best wishes!

    Hello doctor, I continue doing these exercises and they have helped me a lot on my scalene muscles. But during the day sometimes I feel tension on the radial side of both hands. I do strengthen exercises with weights, push ups and so on. Should I continue with these or should I focus in just one?

    I have pain in and behind my eyes. At times it is relieved by cracking my neck. Could I have a pinched nerve? Had a weird situation where my cat fell on my head when crawling up the drapes. I was on the couch under the window that was draped.

    I have been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck for 12 years. I don't know what caused it. I have never had an accident or other issue. I don't understand how I got a pinched nerve in my neck. My arm is very weak and I can't work anymore. I have a lot of trouble and sometimes cry. I dream of getting rid of my pinched nerve in my neck quickly. I mostly stay at home and am lazy. I exercise, but it hasn't solved the problem quickly. I wish my pinched nerve would get better fast with exercise. How?
    How can I use my phone if I have a pinched nerve in my neck?
    Please reply me sir.
