    I had a seizure from a brain tumor. Two days later, I ended up having brain surgery to remove. I recovered from that, but I ended up having significant pain in both shoulders I'm presuming that was caused by the seizure. After going through physical therapy with little improvement, I was ready to have shoulder impingement surgery as a last resort. While googling videos about the surgery I stumbled on your videos and tried them out. You guys were a godsend! NO SURGERY REQUIRED! Thank you!

    Thank you so much, in March I had a roller skating accident and injured my rotary cuff. My first mistake was going to a care center clinic, they wanted to give me medication for pain & if that didn't work, the injections was next. Then gave me a piece of paper for exercise to do, I had no clue what the paper instructed. I never got any physical therapy, no arm swing or how to sleep during the night. Thankfully I did my own research, and found youtube doctors like you guys. I also use a ice compression and arm exercises, it starting to feel so much better.

    After suffering for over a year with pain in the shoulder pain I decided to watch this video. After trying the first exercise for a few reps I could raise my arm up with absolutely no pain. Unbelievable! 😊 Thank s gentleman.

    I am 84yrs old and am going to try these exercises on both my shoulders as they are both sore... have been told it is tendonitis... hopefully your exercises will cure the pain... thank you for sharing this info and for your tutorial... 😊🤗

    44 yo everyday swimmer and I developed my first impingement this year. Your advice and adjustments to the workout has completely fixed the problem. I am faster and more confident to do harder workouts now. You are heroes.

    I injured myself on Chest/Tricep day, my right tricep were swollen and my right shoulder blade was in pain. A couple days go by I’m finally able to stand and walk but the pain worsens when I sit especially when driving. I also noted that the pain would travel down my arm from my body. I applied the tricep rubbing method in another video and then suspecting also a shoulder injury I used every method I could in this video. Lo and behold my shoulder began feeling better. You guys are amazing

    This was the video that got me started with Brad and Bob. My left shoulder was so stiff and sore it hurt to apply roll on deodorant to my right arm. Covid had me stuck at home with UA-cam and not much else. With not much hope I thought I'd see if there were any remedies on the internet. Enter Brad and Bob. Within a few weeks of doing what they said I was 50 percent better. A month later I was 95 percent better. I've been sold ever since and have recommended these videos to so many people since then.
    Now when I have a problem these guys are one of my first places I go for insights and solutions.

    So glad I found you. For over 2 months I've had shoulder pain, and taking tablets for the pain. Sleeping was horrible as I was woken at night with the pain. I watched you guys yesterday. I tried the exercises once and I had a great sleep last night. Today the pain is no where near as bad. I've just done the exercises again. Hopefully now it'll go 👍🏻

    I’ve been suffering from right shoulder pain for about 2 years I’ve gotten shots and no relief I did the first demonstration you did in this video for about 10 minutes I can’t tell you how much it helped I’m not in extreme pain anymore.     I honestly did 3 out of the 5 exercises you guys suggested and my shoulder popped and now it feels great. It was in pain as I was bench pressing yesterday and my left shoulder was killing me...pinching like hell. I was honestly looking at surgery as well. The one that did the trick for me was putting my hand on the chair and squatting down...my shoulder stretched and popped right back into place. Thank you to you both!

    Nicely done gents. I've been working out and the shoulder pain limits my ability to lift heavy. Dumbell shoulder press limited to 40lbs each arm used to be 50 to 60 lbs. I do stretch and these will help greatly.

      I hope you are right. Starting this today/now. I have increasing pain in my shoulder from exactly what Bob described early in the video.... a pinched shoulder nerve in my youth 35 years ago. Now at 72 the pain is constant. My left shoulder looks identical to Bob's

    Just found you guys two days ago. Left shoulder really painful especially at night in bed. I tried a few exercises. Shoulder feeling much better. I’m able to sleep on my left side a lot longer now with little or no pain. I’ll keep at it. Thanks a bunch!!

    I have had neck pain all my life. Learned the chin tuck and some other exercises from y’all. Thing is to prevent my neck pain I have to sleep on my left side. Now I have had a horrible pain in my left shoulder. This video explained it perfectly and I already have some upwards motion back in my left arm after only 2 days of exercise. Thanks for the help!

    I've been having shoulder pain for more than a year that I was told was just a part of getting older, and it has been killing my workouts. I've not even considered doing something like pull ups because of the pain, so I had never ordered the bar. After watching this, I ordered a bar immediately, and I did all of the exercises you suggested in this and another video. The relief was immediate! Hanging feels so good! I would have never believed it, so thank you for convincing me. I'm going to keep doing the exercises to get the full benefit, but I'm not in pain for the first time in a year or two.

    I am 64. Many friends opt for surgery, but I believe in natural remedies.
    Had a niggling pain in my shoulder lately and just watched and imitated your exercises. Still need to hang myself by the arms somewhere.
    BUT...
    I already feel relief.

    I already had shoulder pain, then while I was walking, my shoe laces got stuck together and I went face down, catching my self with knees and straight arms. Really aggravated my right shoulder. These exercises seem to be giving me relief. Thank you.

      @@BobandBrad Hey guys, you are helping people..my shoulder pain could be from a pinched nerve or muscle in neck, low neck or upper back. I have arm upper arm and shoulder area pain. Not known if it is actually a pinched nerve in shoulder.. what I want to say is you guys keep talking over each other, this is a bad idea. Please only one at a time. Hard to hear one, when the other starts talking..plus the audio is a bit low, could be much louder for better understanding...some of these stretches I will always do..I like what you guys are helping people with....Thankyou again.. MAN IN PAIN..

    That second bend and stretch I've been doing with my crutches. I have the old wooden crutches and walk back and forth on my porch to stretch and strengthen the core. Then I finish up with that bending stretch. Crack and pop and I feel great.

    Came back from the gym after heavy chest day. My right shoulder was sore and seemed pretty off. I believe I did not properly stretch out before my workout. I quickly searched up ways to get the soreness eliminated and I stumbled upon this video. Needless to say it worked for me. Truly grateful for this video.

    About a year ago, I started having pain in my left shoulder. Being in my mid-50's, it looked like I was going to have to give up exercising with gymnastic rings for good. First ring dips were too painful, then ring pushups, then even the static support hold. I could still do the "pull" exercises like body rows and inverted pull-ups, but that was about it. After a couple months of hanging several times per day for 30 seconds, range-of-motion increased and pain subsided to the point where I could once again start working with the rings. The numbers of reps had obviously dropped from where they were a year earlier, but they have been steadily increasing and three months after starting to hang, I'm just about back to my previous level of fitness. I can't say enough about this method and will continue to follow it from now on, so as to maintain shoulder health and mobility.

    Taking turmeric also works. Took 3 days before it stopped my shoulder pain and knee pain ( when dressing, undressing). Have TKR post 8 weeks now. Good flexibility. Can’t get last 3° arch to straighten out yet. Walk backwards on steps effortlessly. Walking forward hurts a lot. Use railing to push/ pull myself. Walk 8 houses ( side by side)up and back and then take nap. Gentle hills. Been following you now several weeks. Helpful. Thanks.

    Almost one year with pain and things getting worse. Excruciating pain! Thank you for these! I pray they can help. I fell and jammed both arms...but months later the right shoulder cracked (not popped) and dropped me to the floor.

    Well, Bob and Brad, your fame has reached as far as the UK. I recently viewed this UA-cam video and decided to see if your advice has merit. After just over a week using the exercises I have to tell you how grateful I am for tuning in.
