I sleep on my left side, which is the shoulder where I have osteoarthritis and biceps tendinitis. I did change my pillow and am going to try the tips from the video. Thanks.
I used to sleep on my back with both arms straight overhead like I was under arrest. I didnt start that way but I ended up that way. Now I sleep with an arm wrapped around a sleeping cat in one arm and a pillow under the other one.
I’m sleeping on my right side but tend to shift back and forth under the night. But this summer I hurt my left shoulder and ended up with a frozen shoulder that really hurts. I tried all the pillow remedies but I wakes up in the middle of the night with pains and the pillows on the floor. They help as long they are still in position but ends up in a mess. So what can I do? Keep on trying because it’s like everything else. You have to teach your body to accept the new situation.
And also it's so rare to find someone who talks in details like this and this is what i really needed so i can do the exactly right thing without needing someone else's help so keep the excellent work , i don't know why would anyone complain about this advantage
Thank you. My left shoulder would be so messed up and I could not lift it. I did this for a few days and I have no problem anymore. Thank you very much.
You changed my life! Thank you so much brother after only 1 night all my pain has gone away!! I'm so happy and excited to continue my life in the kick boxing gym
I cant thank you enough. After my neck surgery I was having trouble sleeping and had so much shoulder pain that It took everything I had just to put a shirt on. I was working on my Shoulder pain in Physical therapy with no relief. I was actually starting to get depressed about it. I came across your video and gave it a try. What a difference. Seriously after the first night I could lift my arm above my shoulder again. I sleep and feel so much better now. I actually wake up early just to see how much better I feel. This has been life changing. Thank you
Oh yes, I can attest to the extra pillows support- I am one of those folks that must sleep on left side which happens to be my sore shoulder /rotator. The gap with pillows is perfect for sleeping on my sore side. I also turn slightly on back with a pillow behind me as you described so well in this video. It was a life saver. Thank you to you and your wife for a really great, educational channel!
Wow, thanks for using two different colour t shirt for worst and best positions. I am impressed by how careful and organised you are to make those steps easily understandable to us.
I'm a side sleeper, don't, can't, won't sleep on my back or stomach. I discovered or created the shoulder 'canal' or 'trough' for myself a good while ago and am very pleased to see here on your video that I've been doing the right thing. It's seems to really be helping my right shoulder.
Hi, Since you asked about sleeping positions, I'm happy to share mine which is quite specific & intricate, and works very well for me. I sleep mostly on my right side, with two pillows. Under my head I use a dense Tempurpedic pillow for support. Feather pillows collapse so they're no good. I like to have my head at the same angle as my body. Then I use a full-length, Tempurpedic body pillow to 'hug'; I affectionately call it my "huggy pillow". When I'm laying on my side, if I don't have this body pillow, my left arm would hang and my knees would meet and cause tension. With the body pillow, my left arm & leg rest gently across it. Plus, I have the body pillow come right up against my lower jaw to keep my mouth closed and prevent snoring by forcing me to breath through my nose. Between my head pillow and my body pillow is a gap just perfect for my right arm. Not done yet. My going-to-bed regiment is not complete without an earbud in my left ear, listening to something on UA-cam. I know this might sound crazy, but I cannot sleep with complete silence, or even soothing sounds like White Noise. I need to listen to something in order to keep my brain from going into overdrive and stirring over the day's stress. With that, I'm inevitably out in 10-15 minutes.
Have been sleeping on my left side from past 12 to 15 years and finally been diagnosed with shoulder impingement. Tried too many exercises, which helped me to reduce pain but needed a better and comfortable sleeping position. This comment is immediately after trying the first position (pillow 45 degrees half on chest) for 5 seconds and the instant relief was great. So commenting this while holding my phone with left hand and aggregating the pain. 😜But the first position really helped. Will comment further on remaining positions. Edit. #2 position is great as well. The relief is amazing. However this only for people who can sleep with too many pillows. But as he said earlier sleeping with dozens of pillows is better than waking up of pain. #3 position is really bad and should be avoided at any cost. Making a canal and tilting a bit on our back side helps a bit but is not as helpful as #1 and #2. So please try to avoid #3. #4 is a big no. Can't do anything for #4 people because it's not only hurting your shoulders but your spine, chest and God knows what not. So #1 and #2 are best so far. Not a doctor not a fan just trying to help who are suffering like me.
i’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder pain and it makes it so hard to sleep. i’m almost certain it’s because of my bizarre sleeping positions. i tried one of these positions and instantly my pain was gone and i felt so comfortable. thanks man
Wow! Watching this video tonight was a God sent gift! I’ve been waking up through the night for the last few days with left shoulder pain and was considering making an appt. with a shoulder specialist, but after watching this excellent video, I’ll skip the doc nd willI try these new tips tonight. I love your effective and practical videos. Thank you for helping your viewers improve their health, fitness and mainly, enjoy their lives and bodies. God bless you!
You changed my life!! THANK YOU for making this video! I woke up with maximum pain in my shoulder today. I have never got hurt or any history of health problems, im early 30s. I do not want to pay a specialist to learn how to properly sleep because i am saving sincr my gf is pregnant and we dont make much money. As the responsible man, i need my health for my new family's sake but with this pain i feel useless cuz moving my arm, turning my head to look right when i drive, putting a shirt on, ect all hurts alot. You are amazing and thank you from the bottom of my heart
I found this video through a Google search and OMG! The next morning I woke up after sleeping with all 3 tips, I felt instant relief! I somehow got used to sleeping on my stomach with my arms up and was suffering from shoulder pain. I couldn’t even lift my arm up to put my shirt on for 2 weeks. I can now raise my hand up with no pain in my shoulder at all! Saved me a trip to urgent care or the emergency room. Thank you!!!
Makes sense and is basically so simple. I’ve got both shoulders messed up from my 22 years of military deployments and don’t sleep very good with the nagging pain, but one week of using these tips has improved my sleep by 60% so far. Thank you sir.
Excellent tips, and so simple to apply. I tried the first tip while watching the video and couldn’t believe how much more comfortable my shoulder felt immediately. I’ll sleep like a baby tonight.
I bought double mattress adjust4sleep in past 4 yrs. I think i should have opted for a single mattress because its not even. It shallow in the middle and that's makes sleeping very uncomfortable😢. Thanks to your videos, just first application and I feel much better😅...
I dunno but in my experience u put urself in the position when u jump into bed but i alway wake up in a completely dif position as most ppl do . There’s nothing u can do about it
My Cradling Sleeper has been a great help for thousands with this problem. It comfortably elevates the torso to remove pressure on the shoulder and get better sleep. Thanks for letting me comment here.
The pillows were great. They worked wonders. I have to admit when you go to sleep you’re in for the long haul and with all the pillows it makes that night so much more comfortable
Thank you! I believe using the 3 pillow technique will to help me to alleviate my left shoulder pain when I'm sleeping at night. I've never seen this before and I was so happy you showed me this! I found your whole video very helpful and I'll be trying this tonight...,actually in 5 hr's. (tonight is daylight saving time in Michigan) Blessings to you and your family (you mentioned you have a little one!)
Thank you so much for this video!! I have been dealing with shoulder injuries for almost 2yrs. First the right then in Aug the left one flared up. Sleep is so hard😭😭😭So thank you again!!!♥️
Thanks so much for this video! I mainly sleep on my back and on my side (affected shoulder side up). For the past two nights, I've followed your advice and I didn't wake up with shoulder pain. I see now the mistakes I was making. I don't care how many pillows it takes. I want to get a good night's sleep! Thanks again!
Oh my goodness thank you for the video. This is right on time. I'm mostly position #1 with pillows and then rotating from side to side with pillows and my pillows were not positioned like yours. I will try the new positioning and stop sleeping on my stomach. Thank you so much.
Great video. I always sleep like this, with 4 pillows. One always between my legs to support my hips, I roll from side to side with it. Others supporting my arm and elbow.
Thank you so so much. I've been in pain far too long and now I can sleep comfortably . I'm crying with joy right now. However, I've had to use two pillows for support to give me the relief I need.
I hadn’t slept properly for over a week when my shoulder impingement got worse, but after watching this video last night, I slept so much better! I can’t sleep on my back and laying on either side was just too painful, so I tried the side-sleeping pillow positions and it was such a relief to the pain. I only woke up once in the night and I wasn’t in as much pain in the morning. Thank you so much!
I sleep exactly as described here on the injured side with a smaller flat pillow under torso with a dip for shoulder and a slight turn of back onto. a squishy pillow. Opens the chest for breathing. For me this is most comfortable with or w/o shoulder pain. Love your videos, Jared!
I wish this video was available when I had my two shoulder surgeries, 10 years ago. I struggled with finding a comfortable sleeping position for months. Great info!
I have actually used a maternity pillow to position myself really comfortably like demonstrated in this video. I’m really happy that this video gave me validation that those positions are best. I went to the doctor and they offered me zero insight and it was so frustrating because of the pain. This video is invaluable, thank you!
Glad I found this video. I am up in the night with severe pain in both shoulders. I thought let's Google it and this came up. I'm guilty as charged with 1 and 2 - front sleeper and sleep on both sides, that are always just hurting. I'm going to try the 2 modification, fingers crossed this works!
I gotta try that position with the pillows. My shoulder pain has been killing me, today worse than ever. I've been sleeping in all those worst positions you mention in your video!😆 so, no wonder my poor shoulder hurts more and more. I'll try your pieces of advice and I hope it'll help.
Massive difference in a couple of days. As a weightlifter type, I have spent years with on-and-off shoulder pain. Forcing myself to sleep on my back has made a much bigger difference than all the rehab type exercises I have tried.
I've tried to sleep on my back because my shoulder has been hurting so much but sometimes (everytime) my body just want to curl up in a ball on my right (painful) side, I've sometimes just given in and accepted it'll be painful, sometimes I've managed to barter with myself and just spend a few comforting minutes on my side then turn back to my back but now I can't wait to try the canal and possibly be able to sleep all night on my beloved side minus the agonizing pain! Thank you so much for this video!
Thanks for your good suggestions. I had been developing these same sleeping positions with multiple pillows through trial and error, but you showed me how best to do them and saved me time and more troubled sleep. Much appreciated ❤
Thank you! Thank you! I tried the side sleeping off the non-injured arm and it worked like a charm! No pain after waking up this morning. Not sure hubby liked the extra pillows, but happy wife, happy life.
I have had bicep tendonitis for months on end without any improvement at all; I had visited a physiotherapist (who gave me exercises) a chiropractor (who gave massages) and a doctor (who just said to wait it out). Despite that, no noticeable improvement. When I tried the 3:40 sleeping position, my recovery improved dramatically - this has been virtually a life changer as far as i'm concerned. I am now slowly getting back to previous functionality. THANK YOU for uploading this. I was searching only for shoulder exercises but then the blessed algorithm suggested me this. NOTE: For the 3:40 sleeping position, I do add an extra pillow underneath so that my arm is not even slightly bending downwards; its at a total 90 degree angle relative to my side. I have taken this an extra step forward, so when I sit on the coach I have pillows under my arm to support it there also.
This video just came up in my recommend feed. That's how I've been sleeping for years. I use my big "my pillow" for hugging and a smaller one between my elbow and ribs/waist. Then there's one for my bottom arm to lean up against to ease elbow extension. And, last but not least, a reasonably flat one been my knees/thighs. Sounds like overkill, but it helps.
I have slept on the couch which is very firm (& on the side) for many weeks due to depression + insomnia, and now I have shoulders pain. I thought it was because of my lifestyle (i workout a lot) but my sleeping position might be one of the reason I’m in pain right now. None of the rehab workout work to elevate the pain (kind of a burning pain, like someone is stretching my tendon 24/7). I will force myself to sleep on my bed and on my back for now and will come back for an update in a couples of weeks so my situation might help others who are dealing with the same pain. Cya
My shoulder has been in pain for weeks and every time I woke up the pain was worse in the morning, not anymore! Thank you so much this was so helpful! I sleep on the good shoulder with the pillows now and it’s very comfortable but I also tried the other method for sleeping on the injured side and on the back and they all were good and comfortable. Thanks!
Thank You got all your help. Even my surgeon and physical therapy doctors could help me out with this much info on sleeping and that’s when my pain is the most debilitating!😭❤️
I need to thank you for this! I am a side sleeper. Even why I try not to, I always end up there and one shoulder has an old injury so that's not helpful. I tried the technique with two pillows - one under my head, one under my torso and creating a valley for my shoulder - and it was the best sleep I've had in ages. My shoulder feels much better this morning, too! Thank you again!
When I sleep on my back with my hands on my stomach, my arms fall asleep. Like the blood doesn't want to flow upward. Also, the correct angle for my neck seems to be different each night.
Thank you! I have so many pillows in my bed! I know I am on the right track. Have been having left shoulder pain for so many years now.. was always a stomache sleeper and it still is my favourite position. Will try to avoid it as much as possible from now on.
Thank you Mr. Jared! That was very helpful especially to me who always have neck and shoulder pain. Thank you! Keep safe and God bless you and your family🙏❤
Thanks! Great advice again. I have now gotten used to sleeping pretty much on my back also using pillows on my left side to keep me from wanting to turn directly on that shoulder during sleep and it's working out great - actually sleeping better than before!
I can't sleep on my left side because I get heart palpitations so sleep on my right side but the pain starts in my left shoulder and I spend a majority of the time trying to get in a position that is less painful and comfortable and I'm going to put my 8 pillows to good use from now on... You're A Blessing
Honestly saw this few weeks ago & position 2 with shoulder under torso & rolling back was a game changer. Had this rare shoulder pain only when sleeping on my right shoulder for first time ever for weeks which felt awful, thought it was just sprain would go in few days, this really eased the pain/comfort & thankfully most the pains gone. Also back generally feels better with pos 2 as feels supported.
I had the best night’s sleep in YEARS thanks to this guide. Years and money wasted on experts who, not once, recommended sleeping positions. The pillow supporting the torso when side sleeping was the winner for me. A huge thank-you ❤
I had found this to be true. However, it makes for an dispute over bed space now. So... I know sleep in the recliner most of the night, and it helps A LOT. When I do sleep in bed, I definitely relate to #3 and will be adding that second pillow under the elbow of my arm. Currently I use just the first pillow under my arm to prop it off bed.
dude your awesome my shoulder pain at night i dont wanna fall asleep if i try to take a nap at all during the day my arm fingers go num its horrible but ive been watching all your videos tonight i learned about your methides
I find my many pillows are not so abnormal after all. Positions of pillows, between knees, behind back, under top arm (side sleeper), one center front to wrap my arms around, under my head a narrow pillow so my neck is supported. This arrangement helps me get to sleep. Shoulder pain is so exhausting if I don't get sleep. Thankyou for you video.
Great first example is how I am comfortable falling asleep and I’ve recently went from one sore shoulder to both bein very painful ….will try the pillow 45* angle thing tonight
Good advice however at my age i have had injuries to both shoulders over the years plus right hip pain left ankle pain and both knees lol. I pretty much rotate though the night like a rotisserie chicken depending what part hurts the most.
I am 66. I hurt both of my shoulders from weight lifting at the shoulders too heavy, too fast. Damned painful, especially on my bed. I have sort of crawl onto my bed, crawl out. Getting better, but ever so slowly. MIDOL twice a day. Going to do some gentle slow stretches. Using electric massager at the shoulder. Rub on ointment first. Miserable old man in Cebu City. I gotta learn to be careful, go slow, doing my workouts...
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! This video was exactly what I was looking for I'm super guilty of sleep positions 2 & 3 while having impingement syndrome and I knew it was only making it worse, especially my go to....sleeping on the affected shoulder side. 😕😬 I desperately needed some relief because my shoulder is getting hard to abduct/adduct starting as of today. This video is a definite sleep saver and one I will reference often for this issue. Again, thank you for the much needed sleep positioning advice.
THANK YOU LORD!!!! :>) OMG!!!.... I can FINALLY SLEEP AGAIN!!!!! Pain started Dec 2nd 2021 and could not sleep good till Dec 11th when i came across your video!!!! Thank You SOOOOoooooo much!!! I really though i was going to Die of >>> SLEEP DEPRIVATION
Your the best tysm I have a knot in my shoulder blade and im only 11 so om not used to it and it hurts bad and its been getting better since I watched this
Thank you for your video. Few months ago I was sleeping on my belly, like you did at the end of the video and when I woke up and wanted to move, for a fraction of a second my right shoulder did not release the muscle and I felt like a big intense pain like someone shoot me into the shoulder. The pain was sudden, very powerful, like my muscle was broken in half. I had to take it easy for over 10 days to get rid of the main pain but I still have some level of pain every day and some movement issues and I also see that the top of my right shoulder is a bit smaller now. I suppose it it a bit of atrophy there. And I love so much to sleep on my belly...:(:(:(
@@ismybannerblackorred6700 few days but I do have some loss in mobility of my shoulder and also some pain in the scapula that come and go for almost 2 years....
Wow. Thank you so much. I have been sleeping on my stomach with my arms stretched like in your number one bad sleeping position. Thank you once again. Your awesome. Don from UK
I swear you know exactly what I’m going through right now! 😂 2nd video in like a week that is all about my pain 😩 thanks for info! Been going to therapy and soon an acupuncture! And all wanted was a trigger point shot. I do have chronic pain but this shoulder pain is definitely high on the list!
Yeap!! If you have rotator cuff and shoulder pain issues, pillows and more pillows are the best solution. What's the big deal? Where is it written that we all must sleep with just one pillow? Go for it! You'll be glad you did it. And for those without shoulder pain issues, I'll say, the positions with pillows recommended here, are actually great for everybody so to avoid pain and stiffness in the future. Just one more thing: not all your pillows should be of the same hight and thickness. Get at least three different ones to accomodate the different positions in which you like to sleep. Thanks for a great video!!
Which position do you sleep in? Did you try any of these tips and did they help you? Leave your comment below, and thanks so much for watching!
I sleep on my left side, which is the shoulder where I have osteoarthritis and biceps tendinitis. I did change my pillow and am going to try the tips from the video. Thanks.

I have this problem too I will try it my sholder hurt too much doctor said my muscles are injurd due to stitching i will try it
What if you have pain in both shoulders?
I find my wife’s knee in my back to be the most natural sleeping position. The knee in the back makes me completely forget about the lower back pain.
? I didn't understand this position, can you please explain coz even I get frequent backaches
Aww that's so sweet!!
At least you have a wife 😔
🤣🤣🤣

Thanks so much for this video! I mainly sleep on my back and on my side (affected shoulder side up). For the past two nights, I've followed your advice and I didn't wake up with shoulder pain. I see now the mistakes I was making. I don't care how many pillows it takes. I want to get a good night's sleep! Thanks again!
You are welcome, Lisa! I am happy to hear you are finding this video helpful!
Hi
Thanks!
No problem! I hope it helps!
Oh my goodness thank you for the video. This is right on time. I'm mostly position #1 with pillows and then rotating from side to side with pillows and my pillows were not positioned like yours. I will try the new positioning and stop sleeping on my stomach. Thank you so much.
You are so welcome! I am glad it was timely and I hope the tips help you!
Thanks
You are so welcome! Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
Tummy sleeping also restricts the airway - that invisible part of the orofacial complex :) Excellent video! I will try the pillow one tonight!
Hello Simi
How are you dooing today?
Great video. I always sleep like this, with 4 pillows. One always between my legs to support my hips, I roll from side to side with it. Others supporting my arm and elbow.
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so so much. I've been in pain far too long and now I can sleep comfortably . I'm crying with joy right now. However, I've had to use two pillows for support to give me the relief I need.
You are very welcome! I am so glad these tips have helped you!
Glad it helped!
Feel ok
I sleep exactly as described here on the injured side with a smaller flat pillow under torso with a dip for shoulder and a slight turn of back onto. a squishy pillow. Opens the chest for breathing. For me this is most comfortable with or w/o shoulder pain. Love your videos, Jared!
Thanks for sharing, Lisa!
💡 💯
I wish this video was available when I had my two shoulder surgeries, 10 years ago. I struggled with finding a comfortable sleeping position for months. Great info!
Glad it was helpful!
I have actually used a maternity pillow to position myself really comfortably like demonstrated in this video. I’m really happy that this video gave me validation that those positions are best. I went to the doctor and they offered me zero insight and it was so frustrating because of the pain. This video is invaluable, thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing! I am glad you found this helpful!
Is the maternity pillow a C shaped pillow? And do you find it helps alleviate body pain?
Hi
Glad I found this video. I am up in the night with severe pain in both shoulders. I thought let's Google it and this came up. I'm guilty as charged with 1 and 2 - front sleeper and sleep on both sides, that are always just hurting. I'm going to try the 2 modification, fingers crossed this works!
I hope you find these helpful and get a good night sleep!
I gotta try that position with the pillows. My shoulder pain has been killing me, today worse than ever. I've been sleeping in all those worst positions you mention in your video!😆 so, no wonder my poor shoulder hurts more and more. I'll try your pieces of advice and I hope it'll help.
Best of luck! I hope you find something that works for you!
Thanks this has helped tremendously and I'm on my way to recovery after a year of pain and I'm following your other remedies for sholder pain.
Glad it helped!
Massive difference in a couple of days.
As a weightlifter type, I have spent years with on-and-off shoulder pain. Forcing myself to sleep on my back has made a much bigger difference than all the rehab type exercises I have tried.
So glad you are feeling better!
You are very welcome!
Thanks for your good suggestions. I had been developing these same sleeping positions with multiple pillows through trial and error, but you showed me how best to do them and saved me time and more troubled sleep. Much appreciated ❤
Best night’s sleep I’ve had in months! Thank you!
You're so welcome, Carrie! I am so happy to hear that!
I fell tonight from my dog. hit my shoulder on the couch. and now have a right shoulder hurt. Made a lot of sense for sleeping tonight. Much thanks.
Sorry to hear that! Feel better soon!
Thank you! Thank you! I tried the side sleeping off the non-injured arm and it worked like a charm! No pain after waking up this morning. Not sure hubby liked the extra pillows, but happy wife, happy life.
Amazing to hear! I am so glad you are feeling better and thanks for sharing!
That sounds really cozy! I"d love to try it, but I don't have enough room for all that in a shared bed. Maybe I'll just get a bigger one...
Thanks!
Oh, what great news! I am so glad this video helped you and thanks for sharing!
Thank You got all your help. Even my surgeon and physical therapy doctors could help me out with this much info on sleeping and that’s when my pain is the most debilitating!😭❤️
You are so welcome! I am so glad you found this video helpful!
This is right on time, even though my shoulder is getting better. I will use your tips to position myself for better sleep tonight.
Hope it helps you, Leticia! You'll have to let me know how it goes!
You are very welcome! Glad this is helping!
Thank you for sharing your great knowledge. Your videos are the best and very helpful. Bravo💖
Thank you so much! That means a lot to me. I hope the things I share have been helpful to you, and thanks for your support!
I'm a side sleeper who had bad shoulder pain, but the Med-Cline pillow has helped my discomfort tremendously.
When I sleep on my back with my hands on my stomach, my arms fall asleep. Like the blood doesn't want to flow upward. Also, the correct angle for my neck seems to be different each night.
Same happens for me. What causes this?
Same here
Was able to get a good night's sleep with no pain using solutions to sleep positions#4 and #3, thank you
Thank you! I have so many pillows in my bed! I know I am on the right track. Have been having left shoulder pain for so many years now.. was always a stomache sleeper and it still is my favourite position. Will try to avoid it as much as possible from now on.
Sounds like you're on the right track, Janny! Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
I love it because these positions help us to stay aligned throughout the night. Thank you😘
Thank you Mr. Jared!
That was very helpful especially to me who always have neck and shoulder pain.
Thank you!
Keep safe and God bless you and your family🙏❤
You are very welcome! I am glad you found these tips helpful and thanks for sharing!
@@toneandtighten 🙏😊❤
God bless you….I have not slept for 2 days…I have a Dr. Appointment Monday…I been in so much pain…Thank you making this video…
You are welcome! I hope it is helping!
Thanks! Great advice again. I have now gotten used to sleeping pretty much on my back also using pillows on my left side to keep me from wanting to turn directly on that shoulder during sleep and it's working out great - actually sleeping better than before!
You are welcome! I am so glad you are feeling better!
I needed this! for my shoulder. The worst is at night! So I hope this help me
Best of luck!
4:05 I'm taking back what I've been saying about my wife buying all these pillows covering our bed. Now I need them.
Ha ha!
Yes
I can't sleep on my left side because I get heart palpitations so sleep on my right side but the pain starts in my left shoulder and I spend a majority of the time trying to get in a position that is less painful and comfortable and I'm going to put my 8 pillows to good use from now on... You're A Blessing
I hope it helps!
Thank you again. That was exactly the problem I was having you have some great suggestions I really appreciate it
You are welcome, Sue! I am glad these were helpful and thanks for commenting!
Great advice!! As soon as you would position a pillow, the benefits became logically apparent. Very cool!
Yes! Thank you!
So glad that helped and thanks for sharing!
I had the best night’s sleep in YEARS thanks to this guide. Years and money wasted on experts who, not once, recommended sleeping positions. The pillow supporting the torso when side sleeping was the winner for me. A huge thank-you ❤
Great to hear!
Thanks for sharing! I am glad you found some tips you can try out!
dude your awesome my shoulder pain at night i dont wanna fall asleep if i try to take a nap at all during the day my arm fingers go num its horrible but ive been watching all your videos tonight i learned about your methides
Thank you for sharing and I hope you feel better!
Perfect timing :) ❤
Thank you so much, Madagaskar1987! I hope these things help you, and thanks for commenting!
It feels so good. Tried number 2. Currently having a shoulder pain for 2 days now. Hope it will gone soon. Thanks to u!☺️
You are welcome! I am glad these are helping and thanks for commenting!
Hopefully ur pain does go away soon
Great first example is how I am comfortable falling asleep and I’ve recently went from one sore shoulder to both bein very painful ….will try the pillow 45* angle thing tonight
And then to finish it off the position I move to when the pain wakes me up is you’re number one worst position lol I can’t wait
It's nice to know I'm not crazy. I've been doing stuff like this since I've had 3 shoulder surgeries. I wish they'd known more back in the day...
Thank you. I am a side sleeper and have been struggling with shoulder pain while sleeping.
You're so welcome!
Place a cushion between your knees / ankles (there exist specific gears) to prevent further pain and not to get sores.
Good work, my man! I'm going to try it tonight. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
Good luck!
This is very helpful! Thank you for sharing these tips. Been experiencing shoulder pain in my left , i'll try this starting tonight.
You are very welcome, victoria! I hope they help you out and thanks for sharing!
I sleep on my left side the painful side. I tried position 2 and I slept peacefully. Thank you very much for your help!
You bet!
Oh, wonderful news! I am so glad you found this video helpful!
You nailed it!!! thank you. even the gravity on my shoulder hurts when I'm lying down, so the pillows are a great way to alleviate the pain.
I am glad you found this video helpful and thanks for sharing!
THANK YOU LORD!!!! :>) OMG!!!.... I can FINALLY SLEEP AGAIN!!!!!
Pain started Dec 2nd 2021 and could not sleep good till Dec 11th when i came across your video!!!!

Your the best tysm I have a knot in my shoulder blade and im only 11 so om not used to it and it hurts bad and its been getting better since I watched this
So glad this is helping!
And I love so much to sleep on my belly...:(:(:(
this exact thing is happening to me right now. do you still have the pain if not, how long did it take to stop hurting?
@@ismybannerblackorred6700 few days but I do have some loss in mobility of my shoulder and also some pain in the scapula that come and go for almost 2 years....
Thank you for sharing. I had a stroke and have deficits to my arm and have shoulder pain so this will be so helpful!
More than pain I feel numbness in my shoulder area and bicep and when I rub it then I feel sensation
The best positions look soooo comfortable. I'd definitely try tonight.
Thank you for the demonstration and detailed explanation. Really helpful.

This video is great. First one I've found to be helpful for sleeping with shoulder pain. You have described exactly what I'm experiencing
I am so glad you are finding it helpful!
this was beyond specific: love it! thanks for covering so many ideas especially for stubborn people like me who sleeps on my most painful side! 🤣
You are welcome!
😊 thank you .. very useful , both my shoulders has been ache-ing for years , so i'm all over this 🙏
You're so welcome!
Would that work on the hips or lower back area? Tnx
Watched this new video again...thanks Doc 😊❤️
You are welcome, normi bu! I hope you are finding it helpful!
Hi
Great video.... tried the pillow trick and although it felt weird, it made a material difference the next morning! Thanks.
Great to hear and you are welcome!
