what about oats -- overnight oats w/ coconut milk, granola, etc?! They tend to be my go-to's for breakfast!
They contain complex carbs, just watch your portion sizes ! Have you checked out the recipes on my Calendar? I had an oats one!

I love, love this video. I discovered these videos by mistake and they have motivated me to an insane level of fun and self challenge. I am keeping a diary of my results. I get up every morning at 5 am and do them. They are short enough to not feel like you're dying but hard enough to feel your muscles ache. Thank you Rebecca-Louise. I so love the workouts!!!

Rebecca this video was so helpful! I will definitely have your “Satisfying mouth vs body” image in my head. I am new to your nutrition side as I’ve been doing your workouts for some time now. I was wondering if you favor eating fish versus any other meats?
Do you have any advice on how to deal with cravings? I have such a sweet tooth it's so hard to stay away from junk foods! And I find that even if I do have a period of healthy eating there will come a point where I basically just eat all the bad food I've not been consuming for however long 😂 the other month I managed to lose some weight and now I've just put it all back on, so frustrating that I can't stick to a good diet for long periods of time
I think a blog post or video about how to combat cravings would be a great idea!

Hi, Rebecca, i love watching yourvideos, they are so inspiring:) i have one question though, what is your opinion about getting enough vitamins when someone cannot eat almost any fruit due to stomach illness, i cannot eat anything except blueberries, mango, cooked apples, every 2 to 3 days,i cannot eat cottage cheese or joghurt or fruit in joghurt, tomatos, nothing that makes acid and stomach ache, i have really a lot of strugle eating healthy because of that and dont how to replace that alck of vitamins, any suggestions? thank you :)

Here's what I wonder. Some people don't eat the egg yolks but just whites. Well I always eat them all. But some say drop the yolk to lose he weight. Is it true? How do you eat your eggs?
It depends! Sometimes just the whites and sometimes the whole egg! It's all about balance in my diet!

I'm not sure this is accurate for everyone. Two years ago, I was in a calorie deficit and managed to lose about 60 pounds in the space of a year. However, my diet was not perfect and I was still eating a lot of "simple carbohydrates" like pasta and candy bars. When I reached my goal weight, I simply went back slowly at a normal amount of calories, and I maintained my weight since then. You don't need to obsess about eating clean. As long as you get a minimum of good and nutritious food, you can reach your goal even if you eat Snickers.
It's all about balance and I definitely enjoy a treat now and then! Thanks for sharing your story - sounds incredible!
