      Most essential to me are 1 5 6 and 8.especially 8 gets to become a problem in stressfull periods. I TRY to get to wake up earlier aswell but the *getting to bed at a good hour /earlier* that is what is the problem....
      I usually stick to 9 however in stressy periods sometimes I delay my breakfast a little ....

    Hello Rebecca! Eight months ago I started a weight loss programm to change my eating habits. My BMI was over 35 and I really felt bad, didn't like myself. It was also my first experience with Psychotherapy and it helped a lot! And .... I found your channel on UA-cam. Meanwhile I lost 12kg and the training with you became daily routine. The transformation of my body is amazing and I feel good and fit as many years ago. I'm 64 now, so it's never too late for changes in life.

    Wow this video some of the problems you have hearing you talk about them felt like I was hearing myself speak. I personally used to think the same think about working out all the time with no breaks would be good but nope that's not true. I found that out the hard way from constantly being unnecessarily sore for weeks. I used to believe that rest days held you back and the more you have the less the results would show up and I thank GOD I found profeesionals like you and many others who taught me how to do this right so THANK YOU!

    Yes ! Great video ... You are completely right ... I especially like the 8th habit (I constantly wake up early and when my family is still asleep I have already done my exercises and go to breakfast) ...

    All so true! Especially eating after 7. When I was pregnant I was sent to a nutritionist for gestational diabetes and I thought I was healthy and fit but it turns out I was not eating sufficiently throughout the day which was messing with my blood sugar. So smaller meals, more frequently definitely helped me!

    Rebecca, I just finished Friday's and today's Burn workout, I loved it. Inespecially loved the scenery on the Frisay's last workout and today's workout (I gues it is the same). I felt so re
    axed watching that garden, like a Japanese zen/spa garden, and I especially lofed your cloths of today's workout.

Out of bed at 4:20 am; take the dogs out; pack hubby's lunch; feed dogs; a bit of journaling; one of your awesome workout videos; breakfast; tidy up the house; fold some laundry; shower; get ready for work; out the door by 7:20. Struggle point is leaving the house on time for work. 😊 Happy Friday Rebecca!

      That's true that you will have differences Amy, I totally understand that! I work with so many mummies on my nutrition plan, it's been amazing to see the change in their energy and physique when they add in my healthy morning smoothie. Best part - you can make it in 60s: breakfast? DONE. It's actually perfect for on the go mamma's.

    I normally love your advice Rebecca, but I can't agree with some of your nutrition advice: you definitely do not need to count protein as we get plenty of protein from our diet, even fruits have at least 5% protein! There is no such condition as protein deficiency, only malnutrition if you don't have enough food in general. And we should not really eat anything late at night as it impedes digestion and sleep - that's why you probably can't get to sleep for a while (also you might want to install the Twilight app into your phone/tablet/PC so that you're not affected by the blue light if you're using these devices right up to bedtime). You should leave at least 2 hours between eating a meal/snack and going to bed. So for you, you should stop eating at 6:30pm if you're going to bed 8:30pm.
    And as for making sure you eat breakfast - if you follow your body's circadian rhythm, you'll know that from 4am to 12 o'clock your body is in the elimination phase, so it's best not to burden it with new food. However if you feel really hungry, I agree with your recommendation of a fruit smoothie as fruits are easily digestible. That's my breakfast every morning - a fruit and leafies smoothie with some seeds. Although if people can go without eating breakfast, or eating something later, say 10-11 am, they will have a bigger window of intermittent fasting which is so beneficial to our bodies as it helps our tissues heal, improves immune function, removes more toxins from the body, etc. as the body does not have to concentrate on digesting and can concentrate more energy on repairing and rebuilding. It is beneficial to repairing muscles quicker too 😉
    Drinking more water 💦 and getting up earlier to get more done in the day are definitely great recommendations! 👍🙂

    Going to bed early for me is like 0:15. But usually around 1. Hate early sleeping since I was 7 and was forced to go to bed before it was even night outside, so was tossing and turning in bed until around 11 pm, it was torture and what a waste of time! Also I was born in the evening and I read that is when one is more active. Waking up really early isn't for me. Some good advice but one needs to filter what could be applicable for themselves.

    I'm 64 and still on my morning routine, yes, chopped into 15/30 minute intervals. Never too late to start (I started when I was 23).

    Really great tips 😁👍! Thank you so much! Btw, I've always naturally woken up really early. I wake up at 5 or 6 without an alarm. However, I am extremely sluggish in the morning and can't get to work until maybe 11 o'clock. It takes discipline to get to work early in the morning. I think I should get my act together

    so Rebecca... i NEVER say this to anyone or even feel like saying it coz it just doesnt look good majority of the time or suit their face or look better than their natural ones but i LOOOVEEEEE your lip fillers and how they look on you. they really add some natural plumpness and a oomph to your already perfect body. and the only other person i noticed that has that and looks smashing on them is ginsmakeup and you both have immense talent and wonderful personalities , though in different aspects of life ofcourse

    I struggle with the water drinking myself. I often do because I have overactive bladder and am afraid of making it worse with drinking to much water. What do you suggest for people that may also be dealing with this issue and not drinking enough water because of it?

    Show your routine as vlog will be good, I think I need a suggestion for my routine as well. At the moment I wake up at 4.30 because I'm a breakfast chef, I don't have any lunch and after work, run or your exercises. Then dinner wit basically everything (but nothing fried or grassy. In the end I'm OK now but I can't take that extra step (a toned and nice Curvy body) and I know why. Now my work routine wi change again and I think i Need help to n eon track.

    Two things. Would love to see your morning routine. Weekdays, I've generally been rolling out of bed at 5 or 5:30, working out about an hour (I use your wkouts and wkouts from another online trainer in combination- I like the different but complementary positives that I get from each of you), I eat breakfast, shower and skincare, dress, grab lunch and go.
    I pack lunch the night before, lay out work clothes the night before, pack work bag, and (thanks to one of your hacks in another video) I sleep in workout clothes.
    But... here's the thing. Since I teach, it is difficult to get in the eating every few hours. Any suggestions?
    Also, ways to still be able to have some "normal" dinners with family, since I am the only one with weight issues (although am now normal BMI). We do have a decent amount of healthy- still want chicken riggies or homemade mac and cheese, so I'll admit to skewing my calories to the evening.

    I am so confused cos out there there is so many people saying that intermittent fasting is so good for health and weight loss, and being 13 hours without eating is like nothing. I have being doing that for almost a year and I lost some weight at first, but now Im stuck even though I still feel the benefits. Pls help I don't know if that is right anymore to keep doing IT or is making my body on starvation mode and storing fat(?)

      Correct - great job listening! When you have that kind of an empty stomach your body naturally starts to save itself and will be STORING fat and also (the worst part) sourcing protein from your EXISTING muscles which means they start to disappear! People think: eat less, work out more. NOOOOOO - you need to eat small, controlled, protein-rich portions VERY frequently to see results when you live an active lifestyle.       Break them up, you need recovery days as backed up by muscle recovery and strength and conditioning coaches

      Each to their own, there is no "right" time as long as you have the right protein and hydration before, during and after your workouts. Do you have my pre- during an post- workout nutrition from my plan Maya? Those products literally changed my fitness when I started using them 5 years ago!

    All I want is a flatter stomach and summer is in 2 months. Do I still need to do something different every day? BTW I am 13 years old and I am not supposed to be loosing weight so if I just get a flatter stomach I would be happy.

    I work in a restaurant always closing leaving at 12am sometimes 1 am weekends and I'm trying to wake up at 8:45 am everyday but it's so hard. I'm still trying thou😩

    the hardest thing for me is Ieating breakfast... oh my God... and then I go to work and sometimes I just don't realies that I did not eat for like, I don't even know how many hours. It is a bad habit, I know, but it is one of the hardest things for me...

    What? 13 hours of not eating is not good? Many ppl fast for 16 hours and only eat during the 8 hours for their health- Now I'm confused- maybe this is good for losing weight but not for building up the body?!
