Day 10: I took day 8 and day 9 as rest days I did it and it's getting easier and easier everyday

Did this today and u are right about relaxing the foot and I feel my thigh burn the way it should be.. and u are always full of motivation and words of encouragement that I couldn't even bear to stop when I feel tired and muscle burning. Μαρία Τοπαλίδου your cellulite will go on its own once you start losing fat and building muscle :)
I know honey, I just asked her to post a video showing us the best exercises which help getting rid of cellulite!
Cellulite will go with healthy eating, i.e. no sugar and refined carbs (yes, this means also bread, yes also wholgrain, rye, etc.; there is no excercise for getting rid of cellulite!

These workouts of yours are amazing i could definetly feel the burn! But when I was doing those big leg circles I could hear and feel something repetedly popping near my hips. Is that normal?
