I think your amazing , great sense of humour and your British❤️ The thing I would like to know after watching your what I eat in a day vid is actually how many calories that comes to and macros etc , although its not ideal to track , it all looks super healthy and from a nutritionist perspective thats great but also not enough for a daily intake of a person who needs to atleast maintain and if your working out to even maintain you need to be in a surplus daily. I do respect you massively so this is just a 'wondering ' question x x
I don't count calories! 🤷 Though I do know that my healthy meal replacement shakes is only 200 calories and if you get the same nutritional value from regular foods it could be a thousand! Shake looks great. I don’t count calories either I’m just super aware of what’s in most foods and food groups 😀 it was just a concern but I’m sure you know your stuff 👍🏻😀
The good thing abt ricotta is that it’s very versatile but cannot find it organic where I live. You can even convert it in a light and healthy lunch as I have: mixed it with a bit of sheep yogurt (the yogurt with most protein content I could find, higher in fat but better get your fat from wholesome foods rather than sweets) ,some finely chopped garlic, shallot and basil or dill leaves. Seasoned with smoky paprika, salt, pepper, dried oregano, some olive oil and mix of seeds. Spread on organic rye crackers and served with rocket and cherry tomatoes. Delish! Or a sweet version with some agave syrup or raw honey, lemon zest and berries or with cinnamon. will have to try that. 👍

Breakfast I had oatmeal with a sharp cheddar cheese stick and granola bar
Lunch a tuna salad with Greek yogurt
Dinner salmon fillet and broccoli :)

I have cottage cheese with a little bit of granola and berries for breakfast every day at work. Love it!
That's a great snack! 💫 how long does it take since waking up until your breakfast?
@@Rebeccalouisefitness usually 1.5 hrs during the week as I get up at 6:45, get ready and leave the house at 7:15 and then be at work for 8:15. I find this is fine for me though as I usually have a banana on the tube on the way to work before having my main cottage cheese brekkie. :)

It takes a special kinda person to convince lazy ass people like myself that working out can actually be EXCITING! Who would've thought?! I do prefer whole food instead of this even though I’m a Vegan, i eat whole food and a lot more calories than you eat and I workout like 2-3 times a week 2 hours each time, I don’t do crazy cardio or treadmill or whatever and I’m so lean and healthy, but if it works for you totally fine

Hey Rebecca! What is the tablet that you take for your ‘Villi in your stomach’? I’m interested to know as I have gut issues after severe food poisoning years ago and anything that will help I’m willing to give a go!

At 5.02 to 5.08 in the video you say you take a supplement that helps you absorb all the nutrition in your food and ‘open up the villi’ I’m wondering what this supplement is that you take is called?
I also don’t eat any land animals. However, I also don’t consume any of their by products such as milk or eggs. If you have stopped eating meat due to the way factory farming is done and how those animals are abused you may want to give up eating milk and eggs also. I totally enjoy doing your workouts and I believe you could really be a voice for those animals.

Thank you SOO MUCH for posting this! My main question is on days I don't work out, or days that I do something light like abs or Pilates (not weights and not cardio), is it still ok to consume protein powder? For example, maybe one scoop of powder in a morning smoothie instead of two on a day where I'm doing a big workout? I usually skip protein powder completely on my no-gym days but I am all about building muscle, I love the athletic look but also for health reasons and to get back to a manageable weight. Thank you. Hey Rebecca, is muesli from supermarkets a healthy breakfast? I add chia seeds and fruit on top.

I really hope you will one day educate yourself on the dairy industry and how bad it is for humans as well and any other animal proteins/products.
