Lovely 🥰 I’m also from Australia 🇦🇺 but in Sydney! I eat healthy too and lost 6 kilograms since coronavirus I put on 5 kilograms! So now that our children are not home anymore, I’m 64 and husband is 66 for a year now we eat blueberries , strawberries and kiwi fruit for breakfast and coffee ! I drink Japanese green tea 3-4 times a day! We eat tomatoes, mushrooms, capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots with our dinner like protein, we gave up rice, potatoes and pasta which we only eat with family get together! We snacks on nuts and apple and old cheese plus olives! It seems a lots but only small amounts of everything 👍 we also eat small amount of kimchi for our guts! My husband likes listening classical and opera music! Both of us still works 30 hrs a week 😊

A lot of people have heard the reasons before from other doctors, or indeed from Dr Li but he’s a new kid on the block of plant-based doctor’s online (although others don’t recommend seafood or oil). This is why when we eat for our seasons - foods that are in season - we are feeding are bodies the correct foods for whichever season. Listening to our bodies takes a long time of eating correctly to believe our cravings and what we really need. So simple but in our society and fast living, way complicated. I grew up in the 70's where everything was in a can! 😅 My parents would cook frozen butternut squash and canned peas at Thanksgiving, and they would be on the stove on a low simmer for hours!!! 😂 Thank goodness my sisters were older than me and were hippies..minus the drugs..and they thought me how to eat real veggies....

100% true. In America anyway. In France, for instance, there are fresh produce markets on every corner. French people buy fresh produce every single day. They cook at home. They eat together; not in front of the tv. They take time to eat. There are no preservatives in their food. They have very few big supermarket chains. The quality of food is excellent. There are no seed (veg) oils. Very little junk food is available.

I suggest you read the label of the canned beets. Most canned foods have chemical preservatives, flavorings, and other chemical elements/compounds that would do more harm than good.
Organic Canned beans is the only canned food I eat besides wild caught canned sardine in water. After opening the can bean, I rinse & removed all bubble and chemicals ( if any ) in the contain, then soak beans for 20 minutes in clean water, rinse well, then boil beans for 10 minutes to remove lectins. It’ll be then good to go and mix into salad etc. Canned beets has natural sugar and depends on ingredients in it, I can’t give advice on beets. I normally buy fresh organic beets from whole food markets and not canned.

We the patient have to take responsibility for our own research. Our system is so broken. When I see hospitals stop giving sugar to cancer patients post surgery and during chemo then I'll have more hope. I have breast cancer. Diagnosed 8 months ago. Now I'm ready for surgery after cleaning up my diet and losing 30 lbs and decreasing LDL and fibrigen antigen levels on my own. The surgeons don't ask for blood work. They had no idea I had high risk of blood clots 5 months ago amd I got it down with enzymes. Why don't they ask this before they start cutting? Also Onocology team didn't even ask if I'll agree to radiation. Barely even talked about. It's just assumed as if I don't have a choice. Man, they'll be surprised when I say NO post op. It's a shame.
It is so disappointing that the doctors are unaware or not interested in patients trying to heal the body naturally before the meds/ harmful treatments. I am praying for you! I’m not smart about the radiation they gave me , I believe because it changed the shape of my rib bone that they went too much. Hi Melissa : you have the correct strategy . AFTER your mastectomy - if you still feel the same way- tell the docs " gee- I've rethought the radiation thing. Be prepared for how you want to handle things if they yell or threaten you. I suggest walking out calmly if that happens . If you can stay calm you can try talking to them and try and remind them you make the ultimate decision about what treatment you will have. Lots of luck.

But God teaches us to naturally to take care of our earth. Grass fed and grass finished cattle are all the best for us. My grandparents lived to be almost 100 and they ate beef just about everyday.

French people buy fresh produce every single day.
They cook at home.
They eat together; not in front of the tv.
They take time to eat.
There are no preservatives in their food.
They have very few big supermarket chains.
The quality of food is excellent.
There are no seed (veg) oils.
Very little junk food is available.

Awesome information... Thank you doctors. I would love to hear Dr Li's view on lectins and Sally Norton's book 'toxic superfoods'. She is basically telling people to stop eating spinach, beet greens, leafy greens and numerous other vegetables, nuts, legumes, and tea etc. She also says the recent increased focus on improving gut health as an answer to many health issues is misleading/wrong because lectins are the problem. specifically UNSHELLED, UNROASTED RAW WALNUTS
I suggest you read the label of the canned beets. Most canned foods have chemical preservatives, flavorings, and other chemical elements/compounds that would do more harm than good.
Organic Canned beans is the only canned food I eat besides wild caught canned sardine in water. After opening the can bean, I rinse & removed all bubble and chemicals ( if any ) in the contain, then soak beans for 20 minutes in clean water, rinse well, then boil beans for 10 minutes to remove lectins. It’ll be then good to go and mix into salad etc. Canned beets has natural sugar and depends on ingredients in it, I can’t give advice on beets. I normally buy fresh organic beets from whole food markets and not canned.
All dried beens do soak overnight then cook in pressure cooker

We the patient have to take responsibility for our own research. Our system is so broken. When I see hospitals stop giving sugar to cancer patients post surgery and during chemo then I'll have more hope. I have breast cancer. Diagnosed 8 months ago. Now I'm ready for surgery after cleaning up my diet and losing 30 lbs and decreasing LDL and fibrigen antigen levels on my own. The surgeons don't ask for blood work. They had no idea I had high risk of blood clots 5 months ago amd I got it down with enzymes. Why don't they ask this before they start cutting? Also Onocology team didn't even ask if I'll agree to radiation. Barely even talked about. It's just assumed as if I don't have a choice. Man, they'll be surprised when I say NO post op. It's a shame.
It is so disappointing that the doctors are unaware or not interested in patients trying to heal the body naturally before the meds/ harmful treatments. I am praying for you! I’m not smart about the radiation they gave me , I believe because it changed the shape of my rib bone that they went too much. Unfortunately I didn’t learn about this type of healing till after my tango with breast cancer. Hang in there!

I'm expecting we probably will separate ways. I'm using the surgeons for what I need them for.. I really don't need the rest of them. The medical Oncologists only have "hammers" in their toolbox and cancer patients all look like a nail. There are other tools out there that they don't use... ;) and I'm not a "nail".
Hi Melissa : you have the correct strategy . AFTER your mastectomy - if you still feel the same way- tell the docs " gee- I've rethought the radiation thing. Be prepared for how you want to handle things if they yell or threaten you. I suggest walking out calmly if that happens . If you can stay calm you can try talking to them and try and remind them you make the ultimate decision about what treatment you will have. Lots of luck.

That actually a myth and not a fact. I have RA and eat WFPB that include a lot of potatoes and tomatoes. I credit my dietary change for taking me from relatively disabled to healthy vitality and nearly no pain.
Many times , people mention , the elderly need less food because they are inactive . But God teaches us to naturally to take care of our earth. Grass fed and grass finished cattle are all the best for us. My grandparents lived to be almost 100 and they ate beef just about everyday.

For regenerative grass fed beef to work we’d have to eat FAR less of it. The overconsumption drives the need to produce the grain fed huge cows.

How do you know that it really is wild caught at the restaurant?It would be very expensive. I buy it at Costco when available. It is tangier but put a spicy sauce/herbs on it. Pretend that it is medicine.
