What was your favorite point I made in this video?
The bar incident provided him a good way out.
Favorite point was about working a lot straining the relationship. Never thought about that taking energy away from the relationship. I feel like that was part of my problem too.
So today is my avoidant ex’s birthday. She was probably expecting a text message at the very least… or maybe a lovely card and flowers .. but I’ve maintained NC despite feeling that I should at least wish her happy birthday. As she is abroad on holiday*, you might expect something when she returns home. I’m wondering if anything will happen. * we are both on strava but I don’t give any likes for here activities, but she still gives likes for mine. So there might be some hope… meanwhile, I’m busy on the workbooks…

I think he was cheating on her with his female coworkers, and used the bar incident as an excuse.
My ex Manriar would never look for me in a romantic way because it's been already a year apart and he knows I slept around and to him I'm not worth anything, my ex doesn't trust me also because I slept around with his friends and some people that know him but I'm better off without him because I found a good guy right now who accepts me for my past mistakes, he knows I slept around, I'm happier now without my ex and my new boyfriend and hopefully my new boyfriend is my future husband
