The avoidants have to realise/accept that they are avoidant and get help just like anxious attachment types must too.
I'm guilty of doing this myself. My gf was taking some time to herself. I was biting my nails to the quick. I forced myself to just wait. I didn't reach out at all. Nothing. No texts or calls. It was really difficult. But I was rewarded after 10 days of 'no contact'. She reached out and was eager to talk to me. I was grateful that I held out. It went well.
It wasn't so bad afterall. I'm still here. I know eventually it will happen again.
I am beyond this stage. Trying to get something out of them is a thing of the past. I finally reached the true level of "I don't care"
After my 4th breakup, I’m feeling the same… each time I’m hurt less. She denies being avoidant so won’t change. I help myself by accepting all the negatives that the relationship had.

Almost 7 weeks NC... he still has me blocked. I finally blocked him back. Hopefully, he has dopamine withdrawals, separation anxiety, and fear of losing me soon. I miss him 😭

Got ex back thanks to this channel. Took 5 months but oh boy, I dont want her anymore. The peace of being alone and productivity level whilst flying solo is just too good to give up. Thanks for the advice and all y'all carefull what you wish for.

My avoidant has come back 3 times so hang in there. Recently dumped for the 4th time.🫣 Next time, I’m going to be ready for her* by gaining The Knowledge (and doing done work on my listening [and retention] skills). *her or somebody else.

Sometimes you have to. Take care of your self first.
If there's no communication people have a tendency to overthink because you don't know what is going on. I think people should ask why is a person over thinking there's a reason why a person might over think and it has nothing yo do with not having confidence. Comm is the key to stop people from OT.

You need to be careful if the person breezes in and out as they feel like it, or they use it as a pretext to explore other romantic options.
i did ALL THE Wrong things they say. He asked for space while we were together (LDR). we last called in march, in april we had a fight and asked for space. I sent a few long messages in which I apologised for all my faults and i told him how much oi loved him and valued him. I was supposed to move to his country in Oct. he ignored me. I texted him at the beginning of June and I was over texting and pushing so he dumped me. then he blocked me everywhere. He went from talking about marriage and kids (i didn't want them but he made me change my mind) to this. I can't believe and i just don't understand. It's been about 3 weeks of NC. he's back on dating apps ... I won't reach out. If he doesn't want me his loss. He's too proud and stubborn to come back ... I dared him to leave me and push him ... I did all she says at 10:00 ...
My LDR has backed off with flirting and romance . Her dad is very ill and she’s had business problems. I’m being supportive on a daily basis , but feel like I’m losing or lost what we had . The illness caused us to cancel a holiday together which was going to be our first meet after 6 months of messages and calling daily for 3-4 months . Unfortunately she isn’t as able to call all the time now
My ex broke up with me 2 months ago and I tried to fix things for all this time. So I think it’s getting better. We sleep together, hang out, talk but nothing more. She wanted me as a friend and keeps contacting me everyday about everything. So I told her that I can’t be just a friend and don’t want to continue communicating and if she’ll change her mind about me she can write me… she got very upset by this.. so I’m in no contact for 5 days. Did I do the right thing? Is it a mistake that I said I don`t want to continue communicating? Because she stoped texting me after that at all..
Hi coach Craig, I was in a 17years relationship with my daughter father, he cheated on me, though out the lent of the relationship. On 10/3/22, he just packed up and left me and our daughter.he blocked me and treated me like nothing . I know it is over, but I'm still hurting. What can I do to stop these feelings.
Can you please, please do a video when you are dating the same sex? Woman to woman. I feel like things are possibly different when you date the same sex. I could be wrong and would really love your perspective!

My use me and then leave 4 months now. first he say it is not me .we been together for over 1 year .i love him but i ❤me more he can go to hell
She came back after 1 year of no contact . Slowly, we talked and got back together. I treated her well. After 5 months of intense relationship when she wasn’t expecting it, I started to pull away and i sent her a 3-word breakup message followed by videos of me and her best friend in action. Then I blocked her, now she is calling me crying 🤣🤣🤣🤣 . It was funny, I feel better.
That 's what she deserved . Yeah do them dirty too.

@@TheWitchBoi No, what’s horrible is what she did to me. She changed me and I don’t regret it. They know what they’re doing to you and they don’t care. But from the moment you give them back, strangely they become victims. I personally when someone hurts me I reply because I let too many people walk on me.
