Great video, thanks for sharing all this with us. I need to give celery juice another try. A few years ago I did it for a couple of months but I was having a lot of flares in my arthritis pain so I had to stop it.

Hi Isabel! Thank you for watching and sharing. It is normal to experience uncomfortable detox symptoms when you first start drinking celery juice. Flare ups can become worse at first because your body is getting rid of toxins that have been in your system for years. To help alleviate the detox symptoms, I recommend drinking a lot of lemon water and drinking the HMD smoothie. The HMD smoothie helps to accelerate the detoxification. Hope that helps ❤️🥰😘
