Thank you SO much for this clip. I took notes and plan to re-watch. Hello Dr. Childs. What do you know about vegan DHA/EPA supplements? My omega-3 index is 4.79% so my plan is to cut out all overt fats and take a vegan omega-3 (algae-based) supplement and see if I can increase my omega-3 index, in addition to becoming more strict with whole plant foods diet and stop occasional eating vegan junk foods. I actually have a swollen thyroid, and have an appointment to get an ultrasound in August. That's all folks. Have a great day! ...TinaMarie
Eat a proper human diet rich in animal based foods. Oxalic acid found in many plant foods ( spinach, beets, cacao, artichoke, sweet potato, strawberry, kiwi, just to name a few) bind with minerals in your body making them unavailable for health plus creating oxalate crystals that cause tissue damage. Oxalates commonly accumulatevin the thyroid gland, plus in synovial fluids ( joints, eyes), liver, kidneys, etc.
What would be the top 3 supplements you would recommend to help for weight loss? I have been struggling with this since I've had my thyroid removed in 2009
