- This is my healing story of how I healed myself naturally and was able to reverse all of my Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Lupus, and Dermatomyositis (MCTD) symptoms holistically. My hope with sharing this story is to help or inspire anyone who may be suffering from chronic illness and let them know that there is hope and healing is absolutely possible. god take me to you, ive just being diagnosed of dermatosytis and arthritis, like u i had experience heavy flare ups, that dont let me wake up from bed, and a lot of body pain, your history inspire me to continue with the medical medium protocols, its been a month and im starting to feel better, with less pain, thanks for sharing and congrats for the baby ❤❤❤❤

It's hard to break some habits, but luckily I haven't eaten any meat or diary/ eggs for 14 years, & I try to stay away from gluten, but of course I'm a woman, & sometimes we need things.....like dark chocolate & fries 🙈😊

Big congrats! How did you deal with flare ups?
Thank you so much! With a lot of love and compassion with myself. I learned to slow down and not push myself during a flare up and would just rest as much as possible. I would also continue doing all of MM protocols to helps speed up the process.
Why it seems everybody got better within short period of time on MM. I am still the same?
I’m so sorry you feel that way. Please know that it didn’t happen over night for me either. It took years of implementing MM protocols, dealing with flare ups and detox symptoms, and having a lot of patience, love and compassion with myself. You can do it! Don’t give up 🙏🏻❤️✨
