    Briana's candor and testimony is so powerful and relatable. We need to de stigmatize mental health issue like suicidality. The censorship of groups just causes more alienation and suppression imo. Her insights are fascinating and she will be a blessing to so many as a coach and helper!!

    ❤❤❤ Helmut! You're the best! Between you and Dan Buglio, i am recovering.... your success interviews are gold!! Thank you for all you're doing! I'm about six months into using these methods and bit by bit, I'm improving.... my symptoms... extreme fatigue, body pain and stiffness especially in my hips and legs and knees and feet, lost my memory for two days (couldn't remember how to send an email at work and couldn't remember my phone password, couldn't remember how to drive to my second job, couldn't remember the names of my friends I've known for years....it was so scary), diarrhea, burning mouth, one day just couldn't eat anything without feeling crazy anxiety and shaky and intense mouth burning and even blisters on the roof of my mouth, numbness and tingling in my legs and feet, dizziness, depression/anxiety off the charts, catastrophic thoughts that i couldn't seem to control....i just could barely function....BUT, bit by bit, maybe like half a percent every 4-5 days now, im feeling better, thinking better, am calmer and not catastrophizing nearly as much (maybe the most important relief point at the moment).....and i 100% know it is my spiritual journey.....it is not about the physical symptoms to me anymore.....it truly is about my spiritual awakening and learning to love myself and prioritize myself... come to this understanding that it's all about learning to be kind to myself and not push so hard and try to be perfect...i was a workaholic working 4 jobs at one point a few years ago... worried about money ALL the damn time and also worried about my health all the time.... couldn't trust life to be good to me and take care of me.... divorced twice and afraid that i was damaged goods and nobody will ever want me at 58 years old....just FEAR thoughts CONSTANTLY about my present and my future....BUT about three months ago i heard in my spirit "the nicer i am to myself, the nicer life will be to me" so, I've been doing the work....i only work one job now trying to trust each day that god will provide.... and i can honestly say, it is so worth it.... this peace of mind I'm experiencing and learning to trust life (God, the universe, whatever i decide to call it) and have hope again. It's been probably 15 years now and I'm finally seeing some light at the end if the tunnel so to speak. And you Helmut, have been so instrumental in my recovery.... your content, your humor, your personality.... God bless you!! You're a godsend!
    Also, the fact that this young woman talked about manifestation and Neville Goddard!!!!! OMG! this us so spot on and spoke volumes to me!! This (Neville Goddard and manifestation) was/is a HUGE part of my journey.❤❤❤

    I’m into TMS 100%.. but my mom had UC- got a colonoscopy and there was an ulcer (this came on after stress). Started meds- took for a year and was healed and backed off the meds. Got another colonoscopy and totally gone and healed never to have an issue again- I could never convince her of this :( But I know…

      @stephaniew4168 your reprogramming updating the software out of fight or flight. When your in a chronic state of survival symptoms manifest. When you are back to standby and ease not dis-ease the body heals itself. That's the gist.

    I'm sorry but there's no way this woman lived on nothing but watermelon, lemons, and oranges for a year . Had she said bananas, mangoes, and papayas I MIGHT have believed her? But probably not because you can't live on nothing but 3 fruits for as long as a year and survive. So this makes me question what else is being exaggerated in these "sounds too good to be true" success stories.

    • @mindful__gardener
      @mindful__gardener  20 годин тому

      @m0ndaymay6 I lived on rice 🍚 beef and apples for 1 and ahalf years. I also recovered from uc

    • @m0ndaymay6
      @m0ndaymay6 18 годин тому

      @@mindful__gardener Yes I know but you could have lived on beef alone for the rest of your life -- that's the zero carb diet. Your diet of beef, rice, and apples was a calorie-dense nutritious meal. But watermelon, lemon, and orange - that's not a meal - that's mostly water with very few calories and very few nutrients. I myself right now am eating just veal, grapes, and hard aged cheese. Those are my only 3 safe foods. But I could live very well on that to age 100 without suffering any nutritional deficiencies.

    • @mindful__gardener
      @mindful__gardener  18 годин тому

      @m0ndaymay6 when in fight or flight our bodies won't be super efficient. There are people out there surviving on the vegan diet, raw fruit diet. Are they healthy..prob not..probably in decline. I constantly surprised that there are people with weird, safe foods. Some people couldn't do the meat. I couldn't do pork or chicken or fish..bad reactions. Most could eat beef but there are some that couldn't eat meat at all and were ok with veg and fruit. 🤷‍♂️

    • @m0ndaymay6
      @m0ndaymay6 18 годин тому

      @@mindful__gardener Sure, but nobody can survive for a whole year on nothing but watermelon, lemon, and orange - that's literally starvation and unless she was 600 pounds to begin with, and she obviously wasn't, she would have literally died in that year. She wouldn't have made it to a year. That's a fact. Perhaps she was supplementing with those Ensure drinks? She had to have been nourishing her body somehow for her to have survived a full year, even if she was literal skin and bones.
