I have been doing it 2 times a week for the past 2 or 3 months (I usually workout 4 times a week so I pick something else from your playlists on those days or I go climbing) and I see definition in places I never thought I would! I just wanna say Thank you. There are a lot of workouts out there and I’ve tried them all. I’ve had 2 ACL surgeries, multiple sprained ankles (some severe), part of my meniscus in both knees have been removed and this is the first time I was able to do a workout without struggling from my past injuries. I recently developed peroneal fasciitis and this is the best low impact workout I’ve ever done. My fiancé even got me a workout plan but I couldn’t do it. Thank you so much for this

Love it! As I get older my knees get madder at me with anything jump related. This exercise gives you the burn and good sweats without jumping or jarring your joints. Love it Heather! You inspire me to be trainer!!

👋 I'm new to this channel and I am loving the challenge. I have been on this particular video for 2 days and have not been able to complete the final set. Day one I got to 26 mins and today only 20 mins. But I'm up for a new challenge and I am challenging myself daily or every other day😁 until i am able to complete it at least 3 times in a week before I move on to the HIIT and more vigorous workouts. I’m coming to the realization of this as well. Out of all of the UA-cam workouts I’ve tried (a ton), her’s seem the most effective and I actually feel like I’m building muscle. When I can’t make it to my CrossFit classes her workouts are great substitute because they similar to the CrossFit classes.
I'm glad you're saying this. I was actually going to try a ton, but I have found her and I thought "Why looking for more?". I was having a hard time finding good low impact hiit workouts, and not only she has done a lot, but she has also done a video explained how to transform from High to Low. Super cool!
Hello, I'm 33 yrs old, from Thailand. I have never exercise and since birth I have never been skinny. I started exercising from your video for 8 days. I started with chest 48inch and waist 46inch. Currently, I has already lost 1.5 inch for my chest and my waist already lost 1 inch . It's only 1 inch, but it gives me the encouragement to keep going. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Thank you for your video. 😊

This was perfect, I've pulled a muscle in my lumber region so can't do jumping around at the moment but wanted some cardio. The weights make the exercises more intense - I used kettlebells instead (weights from 6kg (13 Ibs) to 12Kg (26 Ibs) dependent on the moves) and it was straightforward to modify in this way. Thanks Heather. If you have kettlebell routines too - count me in!

I found you about 5-6 weeks ago and started with your 15 minute HIIT. I barely made it through. But I’ve done this 30 minute low-impact twice now. I modify as needed for my knee and ankle and I don’t do as many reps (yet) but I’m concentrating on form. Thank you for providing some excellent workouts.
Ok, so I haven't been feeling well and couldn't do any workouts for a month - I just did this one today and it feels great, slow, and controlled - the intensity was perfect and I feel the burn everywhere. I love how your audience does not target only females, that you have actual full and long workouts, and the background music. I use to be a dedicated runner and got up to workout most every morning by 4:45am. Now I have Mortons Neuroma in both feet. It's very painful. It's been about 4 years since I've been in that kind of shape. Had a baby in there too. Needless to say, working out doesn't come easy to me anymore. Heather's Low Impact workouts have given me hope. These workouts are exactly what I needed to jumpstart my body to hopefully get back to where I use to be! THANK YOU!

I'm doing the 6 week low impact workout challenge and this was hard after yesterday's leg day--maybe because I increased the weights yesterday. I made note that if next time around (because I do intend to do another round) if my butt is aching, I will switch out for maybe an abs and/or arms workout to give my butt and thighs a rest day. But, definitely a great workout.

Okay, so here is my honest feedback after completing the workout. I love Heather's workouts, been doing them for a while and it's absolutely working, I love the warm up and cool down incorporated, love the frame with the time and sound alerts, love the music, all of it! I am personally not a fan of HIIT workout combined with weights, I find it that when the exercises are done quickly and in a time frame with elevated heart rate I am compromising the form, possibly also because it's the first time so I am not familiar with the movements, but I personally prefer to do lifting with maximum awareness to a correct form and mind-muscle connection and not to be distracted or in a hurry to squeeze high reps in short amount of time.
Me too. i live on the 3rd floor so it's good to get a high intensity workout at 4am without disturbing my neighbors. lol Also, I have RA and that helps keep the inflammation down. Mrs Robertson is Heaven sent. Best to you!
I’m nervous but I’m going to do it right after I ride my stationary bike...I have got a lot of issues joint scar tissue...But this is The only workout I’ve seen on UA-cam that I believe can take me to the fitness level i used to be at...Without doing damage to my body...I Thank God for you Heather

Congrats Heather. I love these workouts. There is something unique about this channel. I love how your audience does not target only females, that you have actual full and long workouts, and the background music. The only thing that would be nice to see is an estimate of the calories burned in the workouts. But thank you for all that you do. Keep it up. God bless

I use to be a dedicated runner and got up to workout most every morning by 4:45am. Now I have Mortons Neuroma in both feet. It's very painful. It's been about 4 years since I've been in that kind of shape. Had a baby in there too. Needless to say, working out doesn't come easy to me anymore. Heather's Low Impact workouts have given me hope. These workouts are exactly what I needed to jumpstart my body to hopefully get back to where I use to be! THANK YOU!

Heather, this was a really good workout. I do a lot of HIIT workouts, so I think I have built up endurance, but this took me by surprise. Definitely one of your more challenging workouts! Loved it!! My core says thank you!

I'm doing the 6 week low impact workout challenge and this was hard after yesterday's leg day--maybe because I increased the weights yesterday. I made note that if next time around (because I do intend to do another round) if my butt is aching, I will switch out for maybe an abs and/or arms workout to give my butt and thighs a rest day. But, definitely a great workout.
Thank you so so much! Ever since I broke my foot last fall I've felt that I really cannot continue doing the HIIT workouts I so enjoyed beforehand, and yours are some of the only workouts I've found that don't feel like I've had to give up high intensity in order to save my foot- I can have both

Okay, so here is my honest feedback after completing the workout. I love Heather's workouts, been doing them for a while and it's absolutely working, I love the warm up and cool down incorporated, love the frame with the time and sound alerts, love the music, all of it! I am personally not a fan of HIIT workout combined with weights, I find it that when the exercises are done quickly and in a time frame with elevated heart rate I am compromising the form, possibly also because it's the first time so I am not familiar with the movements, but I personally prefer to do lifting with maximum awareness to a correct form and mind-muscle connection and not to be distracted or in a hurry to squeeze high reps in short amount of time.

Me too. i live on the 3rd floor so it's good to get a high intensity workout at 4am without disturbing my neighbors. lol Also, I have RA and that helps keep the inflammation down. Mrs Robertson is Heaven sent. Best to you!
I’m nervous but I’m going to do it right after I ride my stationary bike...I have got a lot of issues joint scar tissue...But this is The only workout I’ve seen on UA-cam that I believe can take me to the fitness level i used to be at...Without doing damage to my body...I Thank God for you Heather
wowww, I'm leaking sweat everywhere!! Thank you for this! I live in an apt so this is awesome. I needed to get moving again. I've been pretty depressed and with the upcoming holidays looming without my mom (f**k cancer) and friends going back home, I'm struggling. Hard. Hope you have a happy holiday, anyone reading this. If you are struggling, just wanted to put out some good energy your way. We'll get through this, it may not be pretty, but it doesn't have to be.
