This is by far one of my favorite - tough but low impact and works on your whole body with weights!! And it is of decent length. Please keep this format coming!!

Heather. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get in the shape of my life. I have always worked out but knowing that I didn’t have to spend hours doing cardio or using massive weights to get “ripped” was a breath of fresh air. Loved the variety of this workout. Low impact is easier on my knees but you can't always find a low impact workout that gets your heart rate up. This one definitely did!

Outstanding! I'm older and had to adapt some of the routine because I was monitoring my heartrate, but my muscles are tired and I am sweating! The low impact was truly LOW IMPACT. The exercises worked my muscles without making unrelated muscles hurt. I was also able to see how Heather held her body over her knees in the squats/lunges, and even most of those did not aggravate old basketball/volleyball-player injuries. Yay! Thanks for this!

This workout has the perfect rhythm - 30s work, 10s rest. I was sweating from the first round, but the short periods and the changing moves kept me going until the swimming-in-sweat-cooldown. Thanks a million for this workout Heather, you are a gift to this world!! 💪🌹❣️
Low impact never means low intensity! My body doesn't take a lot of jumping anymore. It's the energy that you put into doing the move that can increase the intensity. Definitely a sweat sesh! Also loved the nice stretch at the end. Love all your workouts! Thanks so much!💓💓💓
Heather, I love you! You helped me lose all of the baby weight I gained during my first pregnancy + you workouts helped me regain my strength. Wow, this was an amazing routine for me on this Sunday morning .. have some real troubles with my back, so I wanted to do something low impact with no jumping. I also lowered the weights and now I feel amazing ... I don't feel any pain and I am so rejuvenated. Im 45 strong ..some what active and its just right to keep working hard without injury. I need to be able to work and move around with out sever soreness. Thank you. You are an amazing trainer!!!!! This is very good if you serious about making a change.❤
Full body low impact with weights is my fave. Doesn't mean low intensity. Can make it as challenging as you need. Thanks Heather. Another good one.
Day 1✅. I am finally back after a few years of not working out with Heather. I tried a few other programs. There is nothing out there like Heather Robertson. I hate a whole lot of talking and the same exercises over and over again. Heather gives plenty of variety and no talking. I had to modify a few exercises but I did it. This was so intense🥵🥵🥵. Used 5 and 7 dumbbells. Burned 405 calories💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽!! Thank you Heather❤❤ please make more like this

This is the second time my husband and I have done this workout. We love it! It's perfect for an early morning workout while our daughter is still asleep. We love the weights, sweat and length (getting up and working out has to be worth it and pack a lot in). PLEASE make more no jump, full body, longer workouts!
This was amazing! One bit of feedback: the floor to standing switches are a bit rough if you have knee issues so perhaps a sequence broken into standing moves and laying/sitting moves are better so that there is less back and forth / strain on knees. Thank you for all that you do nonetheless!

Well I’ve been gone for a while take care of family sick I have an exercise probably or six months. today was the day to do this old exercise that I loved but it was a struggle. so easy to get out of shape Lord help me thank you Heather as always you are awesome.
This is the best work out I've done. I skipped the week 5 day 2 to do this one instead. I loved it even though it was low impact I was dripping sweat and felt super strong after class! Thank you Heather I am addicted!

Heather! This is one of my favs. I LOVE when the videos incorporate weights yet still incorporate sections to keep your heart rate up. I tried to do the weightless exercises as fast as I could to really get my heart going. thank you!

This may be new favorite! I have been using Heather’s workouts in quarantine and my strength and endurance has seen significant improvements!!!
Heather, this workout was perfect. I have completed many of your workouts, but I loved the diversity of this one. I can get bored doing 3 rounds, but this one worked perfectly for me (30 sec intervals are my favourites and I also enjoyed completing different exercise back to back rather than the same exercise 3 times in a row).
Heather’s classes are making a big difference for me. I’ve had some injuries so low impact strength training is the answer! So grateful I happened onto her no nonsense seshies!

I just want to thank you for all these HILIT workouts. After injuring myself I was really discouraged about getting back on track with my fitness journey but these workouts are so easy on my joints. I'm continuing to loose weight and build up my endurance without much risk. I still work up a great sweat and my form is much better now. Even my physiotherapist approves of your workouts!

i like that you mixed weighted exercises with non-weighted as a sort of "break", it really helped me feel like i could make it through the workout!

I did this workout today for the first time. I only made it 25 minutes. But I'm proud I even started. I'm 5'10 and 187 pounds. I need to be about 140. My weighed ballooned out of control when I started working overnights because of covid and school got cancelled. I needed money but I needed to be home during the day. I gained weight so fast from being awake all night that I literally felt like I was dying.
Excellent workout. My husband usually complains about workouts I select, however, he LOVED this workout. It was a great sweat session. Highly recommend it and will do this again!

Love this workout! It is still challenging even after 10+ times doing it. I wasn't able to get through the whole thing without modifying the first few times, but I have worked up to 15-20 lb dumbbells. Literally dripping sweat after this one!
Really enjoyed how each set was constructed so you didn’t tire out too much of one target area. Was a complete bucket of sweat after this but it felt so good! Thank you!

The amount of calories burned between people varies greatly. I recommend splurging on an Apple watch. It changed my life and has motivated me so much!

Thank you for another great workout! You know, I only really do HIIT, high impact workouts. In fact, before COVID, I also ran a lot of Spartan Races. The last 3 I was signed up for were cancelled. Anyway, I have been doing your workouts since March, and always passed over the low impact ones. Today, my wife wanted to try it, so I figured I would do it with her, without high expectations. The result? Holy crap...I am humbled beyond words. This workout kicked my ass. Thank you for bringing me back to reality, and proving that I don’t have to do a high impact workout everyday. 🙏
