What I like most about your workouts is how you program them. There are moves that are hard but then there are moves where you can catch your breath. The workouts always flow together. That's why I keep coming back. I learn so much from you.
I've researched a lot of allegedly knee safe workouts but keep coming back to Heather because she is precise, reliable and gives me the sweat sesh I need while protecting my joints.
HEATHER!! Guess what?! My husband worked out with me for the first time!! He said it was an April’s Fools joke at first but then he came back in the room and did it with me!! He lifts weights but rarely does cardio so this jacked him up!!! Lol! I felt like such a pro 😂 Thank you!!
Can’t say enough good things about these low impact workouts. As someone who has dealt with sports injuries repeatedly since I was a kid, it’s such a relief to do these workouts, feel the good burn and not the pain, and get a great workout in. They give me hope that one day I will be able to work back up to doing high intensity workouts! Thank you so much Heather!
I agree! My knees have been hurting lately so I thought I had better watch myself. This was SUCH a sweaty workout which is what I love. How you manage it without adding all the jumps is simply an art form!

I don’t comment often…and I know this is an older workout…but THANK YOU Heather! I’ve been going through your 3.0 and got to day 52. I’ve got arthritis in my knees (at age 43) and have to modify but try to not modify if I don’t have to. I was doing regular plank jacks and injured my knee. I’ve been hobbling around so sad for a week. Today I decided I could try one of your low impact body weight cardio’s and did this. I want to cry! I was able to get through it. I’ve been a HUGE fan of yours since I found you 6 months after my diagnosis. You have been my saving grace. I tell so many people about you! Thank you thank you for having such a variety of workouts that I can find something no matter what state I’m in with my knees! ❤️❤️❤️

Badly injured my toe and can barely bear weight on it, let alone jump, so very appreciative for this workout. Would love to see more of these and/or more INTENSE low impact/strength combos. Love to jump, but also love the intensity minus the jumping options (with or without an injured toe)! Two years later with a healed toe and still enjoy it! 11-18-23 I didn't realize it was the same video as the one in the newer, reedited series that I did recently, but that's ok, it still gets the job done! Enjoyed it again! 3 rounds are fun and when you know what to expect, you can give it even more ooomph! 3-5-24 Loved it again on 5-12-24; great one for a Sunday! Didn't take the breaks to make it more steady state--like being able to do that--still challenging, though! 9-20-24 Always enjoy and appreciate this one--moderate, but effective! 11-30-24

I’m going to create a folder called “not in the mood” and then file this workout in there. This was perfect. Today, I showed up exhausted and honestly not wanting to workout, but I did this one and I feel great. The timeframe and choreography was spot-on. Thank you 🙏🏻
Sometimes it's hard to push myself to workout and then I take some short/ easy workout and when I start moving then I switch to more intense because I realise that I can do it and energy suddenly appears :D Today I created a playlist ''Lazy mood'' and then went to the comments section :) I actually wouldn't call this workout lazy but I can adjust it to more lazy mood (today I jumped and made it a bit harder).

Wow, my first fab low cardio workout with you Heather. Loved the moves and the music. My upper body strength not there for some of the exercises, so did a few and then improvised until the next move. Pleased to complete it and hoping upper body strength builds. Appreciate you sharing with us. 🙏✨💕✌️
I injured myself and I haven't been able to weight lift for about 2 years. Thank you for these low impact workouts! There a life saver to still stay in shape and keep healthy. man, I just found this channel and I'm a year late but I've been trying to get back into shape; I've been doing some other workouts on different YT channels and I can normally keep up, but this had me sweating like crazy and I appreciate the challenge! I had to give up about 25min in; I was exhausted (granted it's late at night), but definitely coming back to this! I'm determined to do the full video without stopping

This is exactly what I needed. I hate running but this got my heart rate right up and I was puffing heavily the whole time. Some exercises were too difficult (yet) but I just did something else during those. The teacher is gorgeous! right?

Recently I injured my foot, so the high intensity, high impact I was doing just won't work until it's healed. I was looking for a low impact where I would feel a decent push on my legs, and I'm so glad I found this. Perfect for my foot and exercise goals.

I honestly never comment on videos but this was a really great workout! I have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and bilateral runner’s knee and this was much kinder to my joints than other low impact HIIT workouts I’ve done! Thank you a million!

Heather i also have one question : what is the difference between this "cardio" workout and your other "hiit" workouts. Actually not only yours but also in general . Is it the structure or specific exercises?

Wow, my first fab low cardio workout with you Heather. Loved the moves and the music. My upper body strength not there for some of the exercises, so did a few and then improvised until the next move. Pleased to complete it and hoping upper body strength builds. Appreciate you sharing with us. 🙏✨💕✌️

I injured myself and I haven't been able to weight lift for about 2 years. Thank you for these low impact workouts! There a life saver to still stay in shape and keep healthy. man, I just found this channel and I'm a year late but I've been trying to get back into shape; I've been doing some other workouts on different YT channels and I can normally keep up, but this had me sweating like crazy and I appreciate the challenge! I had to give up about 25min in; I was exhausted (granted it's late at night), but definitely coming back to this! I'm determined to do the full video without stopping

This is exactly what I needed. I hate running but this got my heart rate right up and I was puffing heavily the whole time. Some exercises were too difficult (yet) but I just did something else during those. The teacher is gorgeous! right?

Recently I injured my foot, so the high intensity, high impact I was doing just won't work until it's healed. I was looking for a low impact where I would feel a decent push on my legs, and I'm so glad I found this. Perfect for my foot and exercise goals.

I honestly never comment on videos but this was a really great workout! I have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and bilateral runner’s knee and this was much kinder to my joints than other low impact HIIT workouts I’ve done! Thank you a million!
