When you do Heather's exercises, you don't need a sauna - I guarantee that Every one of them makes you sweat Every drop you've got 😅 This seemed very light and easy routine, but the challenge really is in the second rounds! Crazy, love it 😁😍
I love your videos and get an awesome workout. But...I think you should improve on: >a VISIBLE countdown clock >Change the font colour because it blends into your white studio! >Maybe a bit more interaction while you lead the work out >A warm up would be nice too!
This video workout is a killer 🔥 I was half way through it and my head started to get dizzy, I couldn't breathe or see, and the bottom stomach hurt just like period pain but I wasn't having my period at that time 😵 That's when I knew I really had to pause the video and took a short rest until my dizziness and pain were over, although I really wanted to complete the video in 1 go. Overall, this video workout is great. I sweat A LOT! 🔥 No pain no gain. I hope the more I workout with this video, I will get a lot stronger 💪🏻 I'm on my journey to losing weight. Trying to glow up during quarantine 😎 I'm incorporating this workout with other abs workouts videos (stomach, booty, and arms), 10 minutes each body section on different days throughout the week. Plus, an egg diet meal plan although I don't think I can strictly follow this diet because it equals eating too little amount of food (only consume 900kcal per day), but will try my best to eat healthy and as little calories as possible. I'll try to update everyday about my progress 😁 Current weight: 65 kg (this morning), height: 163cm Day 1: done. Flop on the diet though, I got hungry and ate a paparoti (sweet coffee bun) 😂 Day 2: done. I don't get dizzy or stomach pain while doing this video anymore 💪 succeeded in the diet today 👏 Day 3: done Day 4: done Day 5: done. This supposed to be a rest day but because I ate too much and felt guilty so I decided to burn some calories 😂 .. UPDATE: Day something: I still follow this video for HIIT, and I do feel stronger. But I can't do this everyday because it has a lot of jumping and squats, so instead, I'll do 2 days of HIIT, 1 day cardio, 1 day HIIT, and 1 day rest. Repeat. I don't follow the egg diet anymore because it's really not good mentally. I experienced yoyo effect when I stoped the diet after 10 days. So instead, I just be mindful about the amount of calories consumed and burned per day, and eat healthier. Still lose weight, slowly but steady ☺️ So, good luck everyone on their fitness journey.

I discovered Heather during this quarantine (raise your hand who discovered her too during these days). And OMG. LOVED EVERYTHING. The preview of the next move makes everything easier. Love that she doesn't talk during the whole workout, keeps you focused. Love the sound of the timer. Same here! I love that she doesn't talk as well and the demos during the 15 sec rest is perfect. I feel like I am in the zone the WHOLE time. That's hard to achieve with at home workouts in my opinion.

This was killer. I took a 20 minute in between and looked at fitness models for motivation lol. Then i went back and finished this workout. Im sweating bullets, which is good I love this workout.

Don't do it everyday. This workout is bad for your body as it breaks down your bones. Don't exercise for a week after doing this
