I started out doing a full month of your 10-minute workouts. I brought a 10 lb dumbbell set and two pound hand weights as a reward for finishing it. That was in May 2022. I did it again in June. I just finished this entire workout and I'm in tears. 6 months ago I never thought I'd be able to do this. I am a little under 400 lb and I wanted to thank you. Thank you for making me feel it was possible. And thank you for helping me know it was actually possible. You're so graceful and controlled. It encourages me that even if I have to modify a little, or go a little slower, I'm still following the movements and moving my whole body. Thank you for making it possible for someone like me to honor herself and her body. And best of all you do this for free and you don't have to. You truly are a blessing.
@@Future-zx9ts thank you, it took me about 8 months and I took the slow and steady method. I made sure I worked out at least 5 days a week using Heather’s videos and on the weekends I would try to walk or roller skate. I weighed my food and made sure I hit my protein goal of my goal body weight in grams which really helped. I continued to eat all the foods I love because in the past eliminating things like bread wasn’t sustainable. I enjoyed everything in moderation and tried to eat the serving size most of the time. Of course this wasn’t always the case and there were days where I definitely went off the rails but I got back on track the following day or so.
Heather, you are simply the best! I've tried sooo many workout programs and gym memberships but it's your workouts I've stuck with for over a year. I am in the best shape of my life and still not even close to bored thanks to all the variety. Please keep doing what you do!

This was FABULOUS - I LOOOOVE NO REPEAT workouts. I find when going at a slower pace like this workout you feel the burn. I'm feeling INVINCIBLE right now like the HULK.

I am a male over 55. I have been working out for a few years with low impact aerobics. I am up to 4-5 times a week now. I have recently added weights to my workouts. I really need to work on my stomach. I enjoy your workout though my pace is slower. It is amazing that I can even try and perform this video workout. I will continue to do this for my ab workout. Your low impact HIIT workouts have been absolutely amazing. I've been recovering from an ankle injury on both feet but this makes keeping regular with my workouts sustainable and I'm seeing results! I love your program! Low impact HIIT is amazing!!!!
Oh my goodness Heather!!!! What an amazing workout. I am not a beginner and was wanting something a little more robust than low impact but not all high impact and boy did this workout challenge me with my modifications. Let me tell you what I did as maybe this might inspire you to create a similar workout. The 20 second rest was a little long for me so after the low impact move I did about 15 seconds of high impact something. Jacks, high knees, mountain climber, your cheerleader jacks (love love those) touchdown jacks. Etc. It turned out awesome and I did it two times THANK YOU and I love these low impact moves !!!

Love love love your low impact workouts with weights! Sometimes still struggle after an old injury and it feels like I’m getting a full sweaty workout still, but protecting my body too. Not sure why there’s the timer for 30 seconds rest between each exercise though? Might need an editing tweak? Just very unusual compared to your usual workouts (and I’ve been working out with you most days for 3 years now!). Thank you for all your hard work Heather - appreciate you so much!
