Always enjoy a good, no repeats, no equipment, low impact workout, especially after a full body strength with weights the day before! 2-1-24 This proved to be a great one for me again today--moderate, steady-paced, and gentle, just the type of workout I needed on a day when I was not feeling super high-energy! 4-1-24 Again, a great wake-me-up, pick-me-up without a jolt-me-up! 10-1-24
Just completed this nice workout - modified that crab "toe touch" section, but otherwise, I completed this workout. Be encouraged to keep fighting and persevering. I am 66 years old and still rockin' the workouts with Heather. Take it slow and progress at your pace and soon, you'll see improvements. Blessings! :-)

Great workout. Was very sweaty afterwards and feel great. Some of the moves are a little difficult (ex. tricep side/ kick- too many moves to keep up). Love the apartment friendly, low impact, no repeat, no equipment workouts. Music selection is good with this one, too!

Am 7wks post broken foot (base of 5th metatarsal). This was a great no impact workout. I still cannot do front or back lunges and have to do some moves slowly. I was actually able to hold a plank regularly today and not on my knees but those side to side planks were not comfortable on right foot. I realise I do this at my own risk but am pleased I can still get a good workout. Thanks Heather!

Hi Heather, a friend sent me to this workout after she had done it, this is the first time I have heard of you. I do a lot of HIIT workouts and due to having a hip replacement and other joint issues I am literally not allowed to jump. I love it when I see a no jump and no repeat workout. However I found this one to be at an advanced level and really hard on my hips. It would be nice if UA-camrs such as yourself would include an intensity level, such as intermediate, advanced in the description. It would be very helpful in saving viewers time, not starting something that’s too difficult or having to preview it.

One thing that I love about no repeat workout is when I see lunges I go like "fuck I'm gonna do it. I'm not gonna see this movement in THIS workout again anyway." And when you finally finish the whole session you see heather claps with joy in the video... THAT is exactly how you feel at the moment. Love it.
Very grateful with this routine, we have burned many calories. I have done this routine with my daughters who are 10 and 8 years old, we have had to take a lot more rest, but it has been very fun for us, I have loved it, very easy exercises to do without so many choreographies, this routine of exercises for girls, very happy for the full body cardio, we have worked the whole body. It has been special to exercise with my daughters. We expect more HITT cardio routines (not jumping), we live in an apartment and we don't want to disturb the neighbors with the jumps and noises. This one was great for the day after chemo - I have a patch on my arm for 24 hrs so I can't do the upper body right now. Still had to skip some (walking plank etc) because I don't want to risk dislodging the catheter but the rest of the workout still got the blood pumping and medicine circulating for max effectiveness! Tysm

I am weak at push ups also. I do mine on the stair steps or you can do against the wall or countertop.
I can't do push ups either due to my bulging discs, what other exercise should I replace it with?
