This is seriously one of my favorite workouts. Perfect for apartment living. The more comfortable I get with each exercise, the more I focus on form. And I always break a sweat!

These "no jumping" works outs are my favorite. They get the heart pumping, but also do able when you don't have the motivationt o go for a run. Thank you for all that you do!

This was an ideal warmup workout today followed by a 15 minute TABATA and two 15 minute HIITs! YES!!!

I have been going to the gym weight lifting and etc the past 3 months I decided to get more cardio in and I haven’t been able to go to gym I have been doing this for 3 days and definitely thinking of incorporating it in

Please tell me I wasn’t the only one that struggled on the crab dance lol. I seriously had so much trouble since I am short and my arms don’t really pick my body up that high. Is there an alternative?? Please help! 😭😭😭 such a great workout I loved it thank you 😊
