    This is seriously one of my favorite workouts. Perfect for apartment living. The more comfortable I get with each exercise, the more I focus on form. And I always break a sweat!

    Just finished 2 rounds of this workout. Living in the 2nd floor flat, i alway look for low impact but challenging workouts. Thank you so much for this one!! I would appreciate more low impact workouts but also a bit longer one like 40mins without warm up and cool down. Thank you so much!!! Xx

    20 days ago i could only did the first 8 minutes and i felt like dying, today i finished the whole workouts without struggling!! i'm so proud of myself :)

    These "no jumping" works outs are my favorite. They get the heart pumping, but also do able when you don't have the motivationt o go for a run. Thank you for all that you do!

    Just completed the workout this morning while the children are still sleeping with headphones - thanks for no jumping! It was challenging but in a good way. Thanks Heather for helping out mamas like me fighting to stay fit!

    I have been going to the gym weight lifting and etc the past 3 months I decided to get more cardio in and I haven’t been able to go to gym I have been doing this for 3 days and definitely thinking of incorporating it in

    wow! best work out ever it is low impact on the joints but hard on my ❤️ I had to modify a little bit the planks ( I’m not in shape) but I will keep pushing, also I loved the music...Thanks 🙏🏽

    Loved loved loved it. Restarted working out after two weeks’ rest and this was challenging but had me covered in sweat 💦 I loved the cool down stretches even more! 🧘🏽

    Please tell me I wasn’t the only one that struggled on the crab dance lol. I seriously had so much trouble since I am short and my arms don’t really pick my body up that high. Is there an alternative?? Please help! 😭😭😭 such a great workout I loved it thank you 😊
