    My daughter is born three months ago, she is my baby number six and I have to say I already feel so mich stronger thanks to your workouts!
    I am even able to go back to doing my regular sports routine;).
    I also enjoy your positive attitude very much which has also helped me in very stressful times to stay optimistic;).

      Wooow 6 kids, congratulations super mama!! How do you do that? I'm tired with only 1 🙈 I'm always wondering how do people decide to have many kids, I wish I did the same but maybe it comes later when he grows up.

      But the older ones do help a lot. Yes having a baby is a lot of work ( and a lot of love of course).

    Finished Day one for March. Deff felt the burn. My baby also loved watching me exercise while she's hopping along in her jumper.

    Wow! Almost didn’t work out today because of neck pain and stiffness (probably from poor posture while breastfeeding :)…..I did this workout anyway and so glad I did…I felt a couple very needed pops in my neck and back during the stretches and I can turn my head both ways now :)!! Thanks!!

    This was lovely Jessica! I suspect you could probably do this one twice in a row (if time permits) for extra burn! Some of the moves looked too easy initially but were actually tricky and I had to really think about them, whew! - thanks for these surprises and for keeping me on my toes! Looking forward to all of your upcoming videos and also for going back to through your old ones. I’m struggling with being sleep deprived and feeling lethargic while also feeling far away from my fitness goals. Also not being present enough for my toddler. I hope I can “catch up” soon.

    Soo good!!! How I’ve missed these stretches. The child’s pose with added stretch & thread the needle would have helped me during the first few days/weeks breastfeeding as I was sooooo tight and tense.
    Is it ok that I can’t make it all the way up for the bridge? Still working on my strength.

      Usually doctors give clearance 4-6 weeks for gentle exercises like this after normal delivery without complications
